Meal s fibers,why the are benefit?

 Hello, talk about meal s fibers? Does  it true, they  are preventing many diseases?

Meal s fibers  are pectin , hemicellulose till today are looked as meal s ballast, that they are not had energy value, thus they are not benefit.

 Today our ration to fibers are changes , defined theirs minimum in everyday ration on 25 gr. Why? Its a meal ballast, affecting on decreasing on ration calorie, lowering negative effect on metabolism are eating as fats abundant and carbohydrates, helping regulate  motor  function for bowel. And specialist in all world are sure, that  we are eating fewer  fibers, as a risk for atherosclerosis early, ishemic heart disease, gall stone and tumors. Are fibers adsorbing different chemical and cancerogenic substances, are often entering in organism of ecologic catastrophe, and from countries with development industry. An  eating raffinate as cleaned food, human not enough getting fibers, mineral salts , vitamins, that  negativity affecting on his health. Dishes are rich with fibers, mineral salts , vitamins are needing everyday staying on our table in every family. Cook theirs not hard, they are access always, in salads add white cabbage, that is cleans bowel from metabolism substances ending products, and layout in all recipes having on one portion.

Salads.

Cabbage with apples and celery.

200 gr of white cabbage, 100 gr of apples, and celery chop, mix with chopped cabbage, dress with vegetable oil, salt.

 Cabbage with raw beet.

Shred cabbage 200 gr, shred  100 gr of raw beet, mix both, dress fromage or sunflower oil, add juice of half lemon, sugar, salt by taste.

First dishes.

Soup potato with tomatoes.

For 3–4  portions. , 6-7 potatoes, 6 tomatoes, 3 carrots, 3 onions, 2 roots of petroselinum , 3 tbl.sp. of butter oil.

Clean potato, wash a cold water, chop on cubes, put in boiling water and cook 20 min on weak fire. Clean carrot, petroselinum, onion, shred, and fry in butter oil with juice of fresh tomatoes. In broth with potato add fried vegetables, lead till boiling, salt, pepper, dress with fromage in serving , or oil, sprinkle with chopped petroselinum and dill.

Viburnum soup.

For one portion 110 gr of fresh or 35 gr of dried viburnum, 400 gr of water, 25 gr of sugar, 10 gr of starch.

 Select berries, wash a cold water, chop or to mince meat, fresh juice press through gauze or fabric, hard mass add in cold water, lead till boiling, cook ten min, again filter and add sugar, lead till boiling after add diluted in cold water starch and boil again.  Turn off fire and add in soup fresh  pressed juice, serve with corn sticks or cookies.

Second dishes.

Pancakes with carrot and pumpkin.

For portion are 80 gr of pumpkin, 40 gr of carrot, 40 gr of millet flour, 55 ml. of sour milk, 1/4 of egg, 4 gr of sugar, 9 gr of fat for fry, 0.3 gr of soda cooking, salt by taste, 30 gr of fromage, or  10 gr of melted oil, or 200 gr of kefir.

Cleaned and washed in cold water pumpkin and carrot chop, and cook in water, to mince meat.In cooled purée add sugar, egg, sour milk, , add sieved flour mixed with soda, salt, and mix till same mass getting. Baked pancakes on warmed oven, serve with fromage, melted oil, kefir.

Carrot pancakes.

For portion 100 gr of carrot, 35 gr of millet flour, 55 gr of milk, 1/4 of egg, 5 gr of butter oil, 3 gr of yeasts, 5 gr of fat for fry, 30 gr of fromage, or 15 gr of butter oil, or 40 gr of jam, salt by taste.

Cook carrot, clean, rub through sieve, add half of milk. Boil mass, and add in her half of norm,  a sieved flour mixing keeping. Turn off fire, add  flour, shaken egg, mix good to a  mass, add in warmed water diluted on 30 C are yeasts, shake again , and infuse for pastry to rise. After add 20 gr of warmed water and melted oil, sugar, salt, again shake a so, that pastry beginning to bubble , after put in warm place, close a lid. When pastry is rising, bake pancakes on warmed oven , spread  with fat. Ready pancakes serve with fromage, oil, jam or.

Drinks.

Carrot drink with creams.

300 gr of carrot are adding 100 gr of creams, sugar by taste.

Cleaned carrot shred, press juice, add creams.

 Drink Vegetable mix.

 Glass of carrot juice , half glass of stomach juice and one tbl.sp. of nettle juice shake, adding slowly 5 glasses of fresh milk, or sour cream, kefir, salt, pepper by taste. Drink as cooled, and serve for guests.

A how about right fibers you are eaten for day is hard, but keeping using our advises, cooking as analogically by these you are insuring an own organism, lowering bad factors of external environment. Thus remember: a base source for fibers are fruits, vegetables, white cabbage, black bread, cereals, not a manna, and not forget enter theirs in ration.

With brans am living more fun.

 And on the November holidays daughter given me a box    called Fibers, am read annotation, and she to using. When my daughter with hubby left me, am opened box,   yes, these   are too brans, am though about supplement. Everyday on the morning used on an empty stomach 2 tbl.sp. used with kefir drinking, which am cooked of milk mushroom , with one tea.sp. a honey.

 And on January checked weight ,thus am slimmed on 2 kg, but not kept diet.

 And usually on winter weight increased, but here is decreased. Am very happy, that am true fat till 90 kg, on February weight decreased on3 kg, as within a month am lost one kg.

  Am advice, who want to slim eat brans. Brans cleaning gall ducts, as on winter am had gall stagnation, and hurt felt . Now an all winter not feeling bad, nothing hurt , am  eating all ,  that I want.

Right meal and habits.

 Hard stool at home also curing with natural components of meal. A benefit give for children are potato, beans, apricots, whole cereal bread, broccoli, spinach, plums, nuts, pears, fig, seeds of flax, guava, raisin, and other fibres' meal.

Sometimes children's are not accommodating ,when a speech about a meal, thus a transfer on fibres diet will not a simple, but you can easy to do:

Adding on the small quantities portions of baked beans as on breakfast or dinner, change chips and other non-healthy meal on dried fruits.

Desserts change on fruits, as you can try to give  sweet yogurt on dessert.

Add brands in meal, they are having lots of fibres.

Also, you can cook oats flakes, or give as infused in kefir.

 And importance to keep right drink regime , you must  know, that children need to drink water, fruit juices and other benefit drinks/day ,  they are softening stool, and relieving his transferring. Add physical exercises, they are stimulating metabolism, and fighting helping against stagnated displays in bowel, thus encourage children to play in football or tennis, where is high mobility having.

Importance is right regime and toilet visiting. Our   body working  ,like clocks and supporting discipline helping  following for real rhythm for emptiness and fighting constipations. A try in a children development healthy habits, which helping him in fighting with formed hard stool. At toilet children sitting for 30 min, as in every 5-10 min after every meal time, on an everyday.

Help him to sit on a right position on the pot, give for him a chair, or small staircase for legs supporting and book  ,that he will be busy. Healthy diet with right life mode are awesome remedy for a hard stool curing.

Diet nr 3 b .

 In hard stool of non-inflammatory origin, bowel inflammation absence, as neurogenic, alimentary, hypodynamic. Functional bowel disease /dyskinesia bowel, irritable bowel, spastic colitis. 

Frequently,   and bowel emptying as for a calculation entering in ration a meal rising vegetable fibers, and meal s stimulants for motor bowel function.

Proteins 100 gr, fats 80 gr, vegetable 40 gr, carbohydrates 400-450 gr, calorie 3200-3800 kcal, free liquid till 1.5 l.

Salt cooking 15 gr.

Millet porridge sticky, with dry fruits.

170 gr rady dish are millet 50 gr, dried fruits 40 gr, butter oil 15 gr, water  185 gr, sugar ten gr.

But unload day is just doing one day/week, and not often, and therefore you are getting harmful results. And here you are losing vitamin c, mineral salts, carbohydrates and on the fruit day and proteins, fats,vitamins groups B, and in result a principle of balancing meal destroy,and you are in risk loosing a health. If these days doing on 2-3, or 4 times/week you are getting deep destroys of metabolism, leading to diseases,as deficit vitamin A, causing a chicken s blindness, and grow in delay, and ferrum deficit is anemia display. Curd of 400 gr curd fatness and half l. of kefir are for 5 methods.

Kefir or milk of 1.5 l. kefir or milk within 5 methods.

Vegetable are 1.5 kg of any vegetables, not is potato, are for 5 methods, two glasses hibiscus drink, tea or coffee sugar free.

Apples are of 1.5 kg fresh, or baked sugar free are for 5 methods, 2 glasses f sugar free tea or coffee.

Prunes or dried apricots.
500 gr of of wetted fruits are for 5 methods, 2glasses not sweet tea or coffee.
And about a starving for slags removing, am  adding answer,that this is for a short time is not benefit, just not of long starving, and in institute for meal specialists showed,that two days starving is not refree of slags, and filling these are salts of urea acid.And who needing in looking better, and not of hard starvings and not moderate unloads, just use a simple methods for walk of the fresh air, sleep re 6-7 hours, and rational eat, add physical activity, just a healthy life mode, right limitings in meal, are keeping health, good mood and work capacity.

Am less moving on today, as my age is big and am on pension, so for the long time suffered of hard stool, as on TV heard,that bowel works for and enjoys water, fibers, so am used theirs. Avoided am are hard stool caused, these are manna, rice, corn, fat curd, hard cheese, eggs hard boiled, sausages, white bread, pancakes, sweets,pies, curd  cakes, yellow plums small, dogwood,curcuma.Am added are oats, buckwheat, fatness curd, sour milk, fresh kefir will soft stool, but yesterday is hardens, potato pure, three times/day are fish or meat cutlets with vegetables garnishes, vegetable salads in vegetable oil, squashes, beet,carrot, cabbage, pumpkin, apples, plums, watermelons, melons, they are fibers, of bread are rye, cereal,rusks, whole cereal.
As meal entering through a same times between, thus am eating on 5 times/day in three hours,since 8.00 am, before meal drink glass of cool water, chewing good, shredding vegetables hard, after meal tea or compote is.
Of herbs are good flax seed as one tbl.sp. mass adding in glass of hot water,steam for 15 minutes, mixing, infuse hour, mixing, infusing for hour, use warm with seeds on three gulps before meal, everyday cooking a fresh.
Or 300 gr of raisin, prune, dried apricots,figs, glass of walnuts, washing are all in boiled water, apply on towel, dry, to mince meat, adding three tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, mixing, adding in jar, use one tbl.sp. before meal, till ending. As for third recipe use a packet of senna, bottle of cholosas, 200 gr of raisin, as herb adding in two glasses of water, boiling ten minutes, closing into, cooling till infusing, and raisin adding in glass of hot water, boiling 5 minutes, infuse for hour, filter senna, after squeeze raising as adding a bottle of cholosas, adding all in bottle, use for night one tbl.sp. till improve.
And am try to more walk, do exercises. As on lie with palms on the clockwise massaging belly on the navel side with a light pressing.
Breathe in deeply, belly intake, like to touch a spine, in breathe out belly is protrusion.
Doing squats, inclines.
These exercise are improving peristaltic, refree bowel of gases, and result is stool till two times/day, so am wishing for you a patience, and in fighting with diseases.
