Under affecting negative factors is happened failure in cells to work. And in result we are getting disease, which taking organism reserves and accelerating ageing process.Thus,  an importance not allow development for serious diseases. 

4. And its true easy words, but a hard to-do.

A most importance cure is preventing as easy and not hurt, and we are in our life searching justification, as on any walk is poor time, not time to train, very tired, as to eat right is pension poor.

Products are allowing eating part one.

 Vegetables.

Vegetables are good choice , if you are having insulin resistance, they must a base in your ration,as who want to slim and keep health.

 Cucumber, asparagus, aubergines, all bean   kinds as moderate , beans are not low carbohydrates!

Garlic, onion, pepper any kind, squash, pumpkin , radish red, tomatoes, sprouts and micro greens, any sauerkraut vegetables.If you want to eat, eat less carrot, beet, turnip, potato, sweet  potato, and other starch vegetables with high carbohydrates   having .If  you want very,  eat theirs for 1-2 times/week, as on the first half of day and on the small quantities with other food. And if they are in soup, salad they are not harmful, but of cutlets for dinner are forgotten, if you are slimming, for a few months or eat for 1-2 times/month on the minimal quantities. But,  if a question to stay would a need eat vegetables?or something harmful, thus a beet, carrot, turnip, are good changers on any fast food or macaronis.

Of proteins.

 Every day is importance to eat proteins as enough , thus his deficit leading to hard results, but protein affecting on sugar in blood is moderate, but his big quantity theoretically leading to rising sugar in blood .

 And in simple life peoples  are not eating much protein, thus not risk his abundant, which would be rise level sugar in blood.

Are best sources of proteins:
Eggs, cheese, fat curd, home cheese, fat Crete yogurt, chicken, turkey, duck, beef, pork, lamb, deer, walnuts , fish, tofu with a high-protein, but individual numbers are variating, but always needing in protein for human are 1-2 gr on a one kg of an ideal body mass, ideal, but not as on today weight!

 As for human on 110 kg , his weight is 70 gr as ideal, needing on 70 , on ideal 100 gr of protein/day.

For 1 egg having 6-7 gr of protein in 100 gr of boiled meat as beef or pork are 20-25 gr of protein, in depending on from a fat contain.In chapter 5 am offered a approximately containing protein in 100 gr of product , if you need to check, return and check picture 6.

Cooking just 5 min, and not more add curd in sieve on gauze, that whey flowing down.After  take 100 gr of butter oil,  melting in pot. To oil adding one tea.sp. with top, one tea.sp. soda, curd and chopping dill green, or seeds of dill, mixing for ten min. And received cheese adding in forms and put on cold, after put in refrigerator, and my family true happy.

Breakfast is importance in meat method, which affects on feeling hungry within a day, and on our metabolism. Stress situations, hungry, diets leading to manufacturing cortisol level, which leading to changing in metabolism, as a loosing muscle mass, and rising fatty mass in the belly region. Balanced breakfast helps weight lost, support muscle mass and gives you energy on the first half day. And if you  not eat after wake up, thus do not forcibly force itself, just move a meal method is on the time ,when you are hungry feeding, after morning run or after contrast shower, as am I doing. And excess breakfast is…  Do not necessarily every day eats oats porridge, breakfast need to be balanced, by structure, different enough and dense.  After such breakfast, you will saturate within a long tie and not breakdown on sweets. Many women's which are working with me as systematically unloading, as one women within two days eating wetting and cooking salt free rice, other is kefir or apples, and other nothing eating as starving,and am asking why you are doing this?they answering for slimming,removing slags and feeling better, maybe this an epidemic,that one is doing and next are repeating, maybe specialist would answer me, are they true benefit to us?
Am answering,if you are not risk in obesity, thus never do this, do not avoid itself a full breakfast, lunch and dinner, but who is in risk you must do this, and who having obesity also benefit.
As within one unloading day you can lost are 600 gr of mass,so as such zig zags in meal assisting for metabolism shaking and fat burning,having in subcutaneous fatty cellulose.
But unload day is just doing one day/week, and not often, and therefore you are getting harmful results. And here you are losing vitamin c, mineral salts, carbohydrates and on the fruit day and proteins, fats,vitamins groups B, and in result a principle of balancing meal destroy,and you are in risk loosing a health. If these days doing on 2-3, or 4 times/week you are getting deep destroys of metabolism, leading to diseases,as deficit vitamin A, causing a chicken s blindness, and grow in delay, and ferrum deficit is anemia display. And how you are needing unloading right, this is depending of health, diseases display, thus visit a doctor, and to 19-20 y.old when keeping growing  are benefit protein days, are fish, meat, curd, as protein for theirs is building material, is a base for stucture cell of elements in tissues, And in gout, atherosclerosis are limiting meat, they are benefit in fruit, vegetable,kefir days, and in colitis,gastritis are raw hard fiber vegetables of cabbage, turnip, cucumbers, radish red are avoiding, in diabetes if doctor allows is not eating apples,dried apricots and etc sweet fruits.
Here are meals in these days.
Meat.
400 gr of fatness beef, boiled salt free, are separating on 5 parts and eating within a day with garnish,are white cabbage, cucumbers or tomato's are on 100 gr, within a day drink two glasses sugar free tea or coffee.

Fish day of 500 gr fatness fish salt free,with same garnish and drinks.

Curd of 400 gr curd fatness and half l. of kefir are for 5 methods.

Kefir or milk of 1.5 l. kefir or milk within 5 methods.

Vegetable are 1.5 kg of any vegetables, not is potato, are for 5 methods, two glasses hibiscus drink, tea or coffee sugar free.

Apples are of 1.5 kg fresh, or baked sugar free are for 5 methods, 2 glasses f sugar free tea or coffee.

Prunes or dried apricots.
500 gr of of wetted fruits are for 5 methods, 2glasses not sweet tea or coffee.
And about a starving for slags removing, am  adding answer,that this is for a short time is not benefit, just not of long starving, and in institute for meal specialists showed,that two days starving is not refree of slags, and filling these are salts of urea acid.And who needing in looking better, and not of hard starvings and not moderate unloads, just use a simple methods for walk of the fresh air, sleep re 6-7 hours, and rational eat, add physical activity, just a healthy life mode, right limitings in meal, are keeping health, good mood and work capacity.

As a full recovering in meal as limiting salt, salt free cooking, avoiding salted meal, in edemas, hypertension absence use on 3 gr of salt to meal, in edemas, hypertension ,salts avoiding for two weeks. drinking regime on 500 ml, rises within a last day urea secretion.

in chronic stage use meal depending from a stage and form of diseases, in non symptoms a healthy meal with salts on 6 gr/day, protein on 0.85 gr/ for one kg of weight, are 50 percent of animals, in acuting of chronic are using  meal ,like in acute stage, as in failure kidneys are changes protein in meal, lowering trill 0.6 gr for one kg body mass as after on 0.4 gr for one kg and less, as course on this diet on 20 gr of protein/day is depending from an improving, if cure effect showed,thus transfer ion diet in 40 gr of protein/day with 3 times/week ,like zigzags using diet on 20 gr of protein, protein failure preventing with less diet protein adding amino acids.

Lowering urea in blood are artichoke, canefron, hofitol, lespenefril.
