Miracle cherry effect.

Cherry soup.
500 gr of cherry cleaned to mix in 0.5 glass of raisin.Boil water in pot with starch as one tbl.sp, add shredding almond.Add cherry with raisin, boil lead to, cool, serve. Such soup cook in milk, diluted in water.

Cherry kisel.
Clean berries, rub through sieve, and cook with sugar. Add starch, diluted in water, lead till boiling, serve as hot and cold.

Cherry soup with dumplings.
2 glasses of water with 50 gr of sugar and one tbl.sp. a lemon peel lead till boiling,add glass of cherry and cook 3 minutes.And lead till boiling in pot is 0.5 glass of milk, 20 gr of sugar, 5 gr of salt, 60 gr of manna, mix till thickness,add shaked egg and form dumplings.Add theirs in boiling cherry infusion and boil 5 minutes.

Cherry mousse.

Cherry jam.
Wash berries, clean, add sugar syrup and cook for one method till ready.
one kg of cherry is one kg of sugar, glass of water for syrup cooking.

Cherry jam with stones.
As syrup cook of one kg a sugar and 1.5 glass of water, cook are thre methods for, not over cooking,as avoiding syrup browning.

Marinade cherry.

Cherry old honey.
As in the big bottle add cherry fruits, add honey wort, infuse opening for 3 weeks dark into in a dark place for the self fermenting, after close bottle, put in cold place.
