Am answering,if you are not risk in obesity, thus never do this, do not avoid itself a full breakfast, lunch and dinner, but who is in risk you must do this, and who having obesity also benefit.
As within one unloading day you can lost are 600 gr of mass,so as such zig zags in meal assisting for metabolism shaking and fat burning,having in subcutaneous fatty cellulose.
But unload day is just doing one day/week, and not often, and therefore you are getting harmful results. And here you are losing vitamin c, mineral salts, carbohydrates and on the fruit day and proteins, fats,vitamins groups B, and in result a principle of balancing meal destroy,and you are in risk loosing a health. Curd of 400 gr curd fatness and half l. of kefir are for 5 methods.
Kefir or milk of 1.5 l. kefir or milk within 5 methods.
Vegetable are 1.5 kg of any vegetables, not is potato, are for 5 methods, two glasses hibiscus drink, tea or coffee sugar free.
Apples are of 1.5 kg fresh, or baked sugar free are for 5 methods, 2 glasses f sugar free tea or coffee.
Prunes or dried apricots.
500 gr of of wetted fruits are for 5 methods, 2glasses not sweet tea or coffee.
