20 gr of berries infuse in thermos 12 hours in 0.5 l. for the hot water, use for 3 times/day in a diarrhoea, gastritis, colitis.

20 gr of black berries bird cherry boil 5 min in 250 ml. of water, infuse till a cooling, filter, use for 3 methods within a day, help in same problems as infusion in thermos.

Thank to you hard work we are living, subscribers are very activity and zoz is always blooming, am subscribed for two of my friends, am done a goal as one plus two, its very comfortable for gift on the birthday.
Met with zoz within 20 years, used recipes, and my relatives used too , and this simple recipe we enjoy in our family, is a hypertonic solution of salt use.My hubby enjoy winter fishing, as strong ache in elbow feels, found again bursitis, as blue violet tumor ,like goose s egg size, as on the  Friday evening we cannot visited at hospital, surgeries two times done a surgery, and here we got new zoz press,where shared effects of hypertonic salt solution, we are done this by recipe as in one l. of the hot water diluted 100 gr of big salt cooked,wetted cotton fabric piece applied to elbow, bandaged with towel, in a cooling am wetted fabric in warmed solution, to the Sunday evening all are disappeared,this had been a miracle!
