In cold.1 tea.sp. of dried herb add in thermos ,add 1 glass of hot water, infuse 30 min, use 1 tbl.sp. for 6 times/day in 1 hour   after meal.

 In forces weak.

 1 tbl.sp. of dried, chopped roots add in 1 glass of vodka, or spirit, in fuse 2 weeks, filter, use on 30 drops for 3 times/day before meal, for 3 weeks.

 In cholecystitis 3 tbl.sp. of chopped roots add in 400 ml. of water, boil 20 min, filter, use 1/2 glass for 2 times/day before meal.

In atherosclerosis use are by same proportions herb horsetail field, yarrow, leafs of  birch hanging, roots of dandelion, couch grass creepy,soapwort  officinalis,   aronia berries, corn stigmas .1 tbl.sp. mixture add in thermos, add 200 ml. of hot water, infuse 30 min, use 1/3 or 1/2 glass for 3 times/day before meal.

Herbal  tea having energy effect, saturating organism  vitamins, as 4 flowers of dandelion add 1 glass of water, infuse ten min ,filter. Add 1 tea.sp. of honey for better taste, and bitter taste from drink appetite lowering,and   good for slimming.

  Side effects  and contraindications.

 Avoiding using in diarrhoea , if you are allergy having from a bad enduring effects in herb containing, pregnancy, gastritis,  or ulcer stomach. And if gall ducts clogged, laxative, and causing diarrhoea with  spasms, aches  in bowel.

Nettle porridge.

 At village visited , where am having garden, and by bus for 2.5 hours am prepared herbs are lungwort is for heart, root of valeriana, fresh nettle as for soup and pearl porridge of nettle infusion.

Cook nettle, filter, and on this infusion cook pearl porridge as before washed and soaked. And in ready, filter, and add fried onion, salt, and add good fried carrot. A porridge getting awesome.

 Nettle coking for hairs rinsing after washing, hairs are shine and soft. A prepared chelidonius , he is useful, filled 1/3 jar, added vodka, infuse 12 days, remedy is ready. Rub joints and use on 15-20 drops in 50 ml. of water for preventing neoplasms. 

Prepared my favourite dandelions and 200 heads added in jar of dark glass and added triple cologne, and rubbing is ready as best for ache joints.

Cooked dandelion oil , of 300 heads added in not raffinate vegetable oil, and on water bath put, boil, low fire till minimal, and on bath keep 3 hours. After pot  wrap in warm scarf, and infuse till cooling. 

And dandelion honey, every year cooking his. Drink with tea, sugar not adding, best preventing cold. 

500 heads wash in water in sieve, dry. Add cold water, boil, and water take one l. Cool.  Filter through gauze and this infusion boil again, adding 1.5 glass for sugar.Again boil, add lemon juice, or lemon acid one tea.sp. Or orange peel. After put in sterilized jars on 300 ml. in sizes. Honey is ready.

For tea prepared chopped leafs raspberry, currant , fried twigs young of cherry, and using pinch every and tea cooking, or you can all mix and add herbs mint, melissa, oregano, but not right away all. Dandelion.

Salad puree of nettle .

Plantain.

Plantain with onion ,radish black and nettle.
Three handful of young leafs, chopped onion, add shredding radish black, chopped nettle.
Dressing of fromage with lemon juice, or an apple vinegar, salad to dress,and sprinkle with chopped boiled  egg.

Podagraria.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis)Herbaceous perennial with a taproot. Acaulescent plant with basal rosette of leaves. Leafless flower stalks, hollow, under the baskets - with a net covering , up to 50 cm tall. Reed flowers, golden-yellow. Leaves in basal rosette long. All parts of the plant has a milky juice. It blooms in April and May. White balls appearing in place of yellow flowers consist of fruit - is achene with a tuft.
Roots contain triterpenoid compounds, sterols, inulin (24-40%), natural rubber (up 3%), asparagine, choline, organic acids, calcium and potassium salts, fatty oil, mucus resin. Leaves contain carotenoids, vitamins B1, B2 and C. As a medicinal plant used the roots, leaves and grass. Leaves and grass collected during flowering, and roots - early spring orlate autumn. Dandelion improves metabolism and stimulates appetite. It is also used as a choleretic and laxative, the juice from the leaves is used in jaundice and diseases of the bladder. ARTHRITIS
Pour 6 g of dried crushed roots and herbs dandelion 1 cup water, boil for 10 minutes, insist 30 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals. Fresh dandelion herb is also used externally for compresses.
HEPATITIS
Milky dandelion juice (juice taken from the entire plant), take 1 tablespoon diluted in 1/2 cup boiling water.

Take equal parts of the dandelion flowers, flowers coltsfoot    lilacs and burdock root, to fill with a mixture of 3/4 the volume of the bottle and fill it with vodka. Use as a lotion. It is especially effective in combination with infusion mummy.
COLD

Take 2 teaspoons chopped dandelion roots, pour 1 cup of cold water, insist 8 hours. Drink 1/4 cup 4 times a day before meals.
FATIGUE
Pour 1 tablespoon of chopped dandelion roots and 1 cup of vodka or alcohol, insist 2 weeks and strain. Take 30 drops 3 times a day before meals for 2-3 weeks.
CHOLECYSTITIS
Pour 3 tablespoons of chopped dandelion root 2 cups water, bring to a boil, boil for 20 minutes, drain, take 1/2 cup 2 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.
