Low carbohydrate Mediterranean diet.First describes on1960 y. such diet since associating with a most low mortality.

Typical Mediterranean  diet  As vegetables much eating as fruits, vegetables, cereals, potato, beans, nuts and seeds, moderating fish eating, bird, fats, are received from an olive oil, and low containing saturated fats.Limiting sweets using, seeds and beef, pork . Bread, seeds, and   potato are staying in menu, but carbohydrates eating lower ,than  in typical western diet.

;ow carbohydrate Mediterranean diet  are importance in proteins, fats, as  containing in Mediterranean   diet , but shortening carbohydrates from sweets , fruits, baked food, as other fruit with sugar till 50 perc from a daily  using , thus means, that 50 per. of carbohydrates are must to enter  from vegetables, beans, sour milk food, berries, seeds, nuts. That meal regime leafs to lowering weight , decreasing HbA1c and triglyceride, and rising level for good cholesterol and HDL.

Low carbohydrate Mediterranean diet entering are following products:

Fruits and berries of blueberry, cranberry, strawberry, raspberry, apples, pears, figs, melons, peaches, rare by season is grape.

Vegetables are cauliflower, tomatoes, spinach, onion, carrot, broccoli, cucumber, Brussels cabbage,sweet potato, cabbage.

Beans of nut, peas, lentil, peanut 

Nuts, seasame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower, almond ,wallnuts, nuts macadamia,  hazelnut, nut, cashew, not sweet oils nut, chestnuts, pistachios, seeds chia.

Seafood.

Cereal and pseudo cereal , quinoa, oats, brown rice, rye, barley, corns, buckwheat.

Meat of birds, eggs.

Milk food , not sweet curd, yogurt, cheese, milk.

 And when often and which kind of protein advices?

Fish and fish food for 2-3 times/week, meat of bird 1-2 times/week, meat of bird for 1-2 times/week.

 Pseudo seeds are buckwheat, millet , amaranth , quinoa  , by botanical are not seed, by nourishing appreciation and using reminding ,like seed.

Days are without animal fat for 2-3 times/week, meat of other animals , rare, on one time for 8-10 days.

 Lots of debates, discussions causing this a problem for raw food diet , but now are calmed all, but nothing clear in this question, and about this shares' reader s mail of Press. And what is that? This is ration containing from raw vegetable products, without meat, milk, eggs, wines, sugar, salt. Its  a right veggie  food. But a right veggie here in not having, and in economic development countries, but a more are lacto-veggies/lactis is  milk/, which are with different vegetable food are using milk food , and   more spreading ovo-lacto-veggie   food, which are eggs eating. And returning to raw food diet, and hearing arguments of his protections. By A famous American dietologist and bio chemist  Davis ,that to be a healthy a need eat raw , natural foos, as not manufactured by warm, thus you can be irritability, weak, fatigue in mental weakness, psychosis affecting and with wrong posture, teeth bad  vertebra distortion, but other famous specialist by food    Shelton also sure ,that  optimal for us is vegetable food, and superfluous these and theirs same discussions is visible . But a  not possible, a negative and serious rational seeds in these protections  for raw food diet. A most often meeting kind of diaphragm hernias, when through widened opening of diaphragm a part of stomach or any other organ for peritoneum region displacing in breast region. In acuting  esophagitis prescribing diet nr  1   or meal s table as of soft-boiled eggs, butter oil, milk, fromage, rubbing or liquid curd as creams, vegetable soups chopping, fish and meat soufflé, soaking bread, rusks, apples shredding or baked. Avoid drink sour fruit juices, avoiding smoking, alcohol, gas drinks, spices. And in obesity and other diseases for gullet diet selecting your doctor. If not use his advices that is happening, when  it's  happened with our patient N, 59 Y.OLD. And he is suffered from   hernia diaphragm opening alimentary, gastro-gullet reflux ,  and weak reflux esophagitis, he cured in our hospital and left on satisfactory   condition, and he received advices a how to prevent gastric-gullet esophagitis and reflux-esophagitis, diet for use, avoiding alcohol, and in through half years visit us for a using preventing course for remedies. But he is not used advices, drunk beer, burned heartburn by soda, that in a year doctor visited, of strong aches behind breast as burned, strong heartburn as on horizontal position. And on the night he woke up for 3-4 times as to drink. sol. Of baking soda, but short improves he had. In x-ray and endoscopic that found still ulcer in low gullet region on 1.5 on 1 cm, thus cure prescribed on four months, through probe entered remedies and inside in gullet, intro muscularly. That example shows, what is risk of self cure and ignoring advices your doctor.

1.Tinct. papaveris fr. 10 drops, tinct. rhodiolae ros. rh. 20 drops, tinct. salicis cort. 60 drops.

 Mix all, add 100 gr of water on 35-40C , use for 3 times/day. 

2. Exstr. Hyosciami fr. 5 drops, tinct.rhodiolae ros. rh. 50 drops, tinct. salicis cort. 60 drops. Mix all, add 100 gr of water on 35-40C, use on the morning on 7.00 am .

3. Tinct. valeriana rh. 10 drops, tinct. leonuris herb. 20 drops, tinct. rhodiolae ros. rh. 40 drops, tinct. spiraeae herb. 60 drops.

100 gr of water in mixing tinctures on 35-40C, usr one times/day on 24.00.

4. 260 gr ready dish a beef first category 103 gr, rice 100 gr, butter oil 8 gr, tomato juice, carrot 5 gr.

Diet nr 1 b.

 Meal regime is chopping for 6 times/day.

Lean cutlets.

 Am share about a lean meal are vegetable cutlets, when you are keeping fasting weeks. And in market they are selling for high price.

Stew in lean oil till half readiness 300 gr of cabbage   with carrot, and onion. Cooking 4 potatoes middle in peel, knead her, adding other vegetables, but before cool theirs. Add salt, pepper, raw egg, 2 tbl.sp. with top semolina, soda pinch, mix good all, form cutlets and bake in lean oil.

Satisfy, cheap, and benefit!

Curd-pumpkin baked pudding.

 Very taste and useful dish.

400 gr of curd, 250 gr of pumpkin, 3 eggs, 50 ml. of milk, 50 gr of manna, 40 gr of sugar, vegetable oil, salt, peel of lemon, fromage.

Clean pumpkin, cut on pieces, salt , sprinkle with oil, and put in warmed oven till 200C, for 20 min. Shake curd with blender with baked pumpkin till same mass. Add eggs, milk, manna, sugar, peel of lemon. Mix, mass, need to be a liquid. Form greases with oil, apply pastry and bake on 180C for 30-35 min, hot piece of baked pudding pour over with fromage and serve.

This dish useful for diet nr 5.
