 And in result, am to say ,that avoiding from ration a meal, or abundant eating other, we are not thinking about results Proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins of which our body built , needing in constant  updates , and his destroying leading to to diseases are heart, nerve, vessel, bone, endocrine and etc.Meal is must to be a different, full value by structure and very taste!

Eating by the Ayurveda s testaments.

If we are of stress attacking or bad habits, thus poisoning are harmful substances, slags and toxins.And on this case Ayurveda formed a system for cleaning and in list of which a miracle massage, aromatic therapy and flower curing.

A wisdom Hindus using are herbs and minerals, but Ayurveda is a not grandma s recipes, and today in India her studying in 2000 university in which of having an own Clinique.

A body for human is a whole, and her importance principle cure for human, not a body, thus an importance Ayurveda methods are rejuvenation, as preventing methods against troubles, for which ageing using. A modern word Psychosomatic  came out  from Ayurveda .

But when with a spring need to begin clean your body, as on ideal use Ayurveda course from 3-7 days, doctors are prescribing special diet and especial oil ghee ,that helping toxic slags and special massage alternating with warm baths and sauna.And very good here if you're doing easy exercises and walk and to meditate, thus you will see a how mood change, you  want to live, love and  blossom.

If for the cooking a second dish needing frying,thus try using are melted animal fats,are melted butter oil as specially culinary fats.Who enjoy frying is on the vegetable oil, are needing knowing,that long warming vegetable oils are leading to acidity as containing in theirs are unsaturated fatty acids,and substances forming are affecting on the digestion organs and on the liver. As a constant irritation affecting negatively on theirs functions, and this is not meanings that as prohibited frying of vegetable oil, just not using his repeatedly. And suffering for stomach diseases,small bowel, pancreas, liver are needing avoiding all fried dishes and foods, and am explain why this is needing.
In frying process are top layers of food as warming till 120-135C, and just fats,and proteins in his structure entering and carbohydrates of warming affect are splitting and substances forming for irritating a very sensitive mucus membrane of stomach and bowel, gall ways. And in frying products are absorbing much fat, as fryed potato and cutlets, pancakes, rolls are of potato as absorbing till 70 percents of fat, and therefore fried meal avoiding in obesity, this meal rising appetite,as very bad for such patients.

in one glass of cleaned pumpkin seeds adding two yolks, piece of herring,as eat this before breakfast, after lie for two hours with warmers on right side, i every half hours eating half of Herring, eating an all are four pieces, cure such are 6 days.

in lambliosis use leaves of Birch as fresh or dry, wash,add in dish, add hot water for ten times more for size, add stone, wrap for night, filer, cold, use on 1/3 glass before meal.
