 And in result, am to say ,that avoiding from ration a meal, or abundant eating other, we are not thinking about results Proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins of which our body built , needing in constant  updates , and his destroying leading to to diseases are heart, nerve, vessel, bone, endocrine and etc.Meal is must to be a different, full value by structure and very taste!

Cabbage lunch.

 Shi  daily.

For one portion products are sauerkaut 360 gr, bones lard smoked 50 gr, carrot one, root petroselinum, onion one piece, tomato purée 50 gr, fat 30 gr, flour ten gr, garlic, water 800 ml.

Select sauerkraut, wash, squeeze, chop, add to pot, add oil, tomato purée
