In a few having nervous  anorexia, or neurosis for obsessive condition, that a girl full avoiding  from meal . Nerve  anorexia having on 15-25 y.old .This disease doctors describing as a form of reactive condition,that  girls a full avoiding from food and catastrophically loosing mass of body, enduring  is satisfaction .Losing  weight and till hard level for exhaustion they are not rating as diseases . Spreading nerve anorexia on the last years by stats of all authors as foreign and domestic as fluctuating on 0.4 limits till 4.06 registered cases on 10000 populations.

 Am teacher for physical culture and sport, and veterinary doctor , but veterinary am worked for year,since ending my study. After I was born sons, and am not used my profession. But teacher for physical culture am worked a few years, am writing this, that you would think, that am not ignorant person in questions , about which am writing.

And on the training am see peoples, which are training wrong, that they are thinking, they are sporty for an own health. But they are harmful giving

 And women's, males on middle age and older with obesity beginning from spring run, trying weight fight, that on summer looking good, but its a not sport, sport are big achievements, taking part in competitions, but physical culture, think about these words, its physical, right work over oneself, building an own body, but in obesity which run with hard breath, dyspnoea and without a right technique is a need to say:You are ruin an own health. In obesity, you must avoid run on asphalt , and in bad, non amortized shoes. Begin this with fast walk, better with Scandinavian , walk every day or in a day and on 40 min, for a training slowly distance increasing, and a speed for moving. Just after long training is very caring, not forcing events,you can transfer on run by jogger., interpreting for a future a walk with run.And here beginning training with walk, and warned good, transfer to light run, and speed for walking is must be, that  you can to talk, not breathe hard, its a most importance loading test , if you cannot to talk, in run , or fast walk, thus load is high. Avoiding running in shoes without amortized heel, and face in running is not must be a very red, or very pale, thus organism is hard fighting loading. After intensity moving avoid right away stopping, or sit on bench , or more bad is on four. You must keep moving and slowly speed lowering and transferring on the calm walk. 3 times/week after walk or easy run,  you must do complex of exercises. Warmed muscles and thus tensions are not injured. And lots of areas having   ,with fitness, and training on these areas needing if you are true ready, and non-trained, teenagers am not recommending, you must select exercises complex on the all muscles groups, and after in enough level training as for loading use small plastic bottles with water on 0.5-1 l. And on any case, in doing exercises you must not feel hurt. Am not agree with Dr. Bubnovsky, that ache you must overcome. Ache is not must be, and discomfort in exercises doing.Any ache feeling is a sign for unfavourable, possible for injuring, not doing exercises through I cannot. And for children's, teenagers avoiding training with bar, or barbell from bar on the shoulders. It's very bad for growing organism, and not for ready peoples a beginning exercises with force exercises machines is avoiding, as after 45 y.  old  especially, so as a human fast loosing muscle mass, when muscles changing on fat.  But of delay muscle mass losing helping force exercises, with  right spreading loading, and importance rule is gradualism, and base principle is not harm!

For sauce use mushrooms chopped, cook broth. Shred onion, fry, add flour, and fry together. Adding mixing a glass of mushroom broth, boil. Raisin, almond scald a few times, filter. Add in sauce juice of lemon, sugar, salt, raisin, shredding almond, and give sauce to boil, pour over cutlets.

Vegetable are 1.5 kg of any vegetables, not is potato, are for 5 methods, two glasses hibiscus drink, tea or coffee sugar free.

Apples are of 1.5 kg fresh, or baked sugar free are for 5 methods, 2 glasses f sugar free tea or coffee.

Prunes or dried apricots.
500 gr of of wetted fruits are for 5 methods, 2glasses not sweet tea or coffee.
And about a starving for slags removing, am  adding answer,that this is for a short time is not benefit, just not of long starving, and in institute for meal specialists showed,that two days starving is not refree of slags, and filling these are salts of urea acid.And who needing in looking better, and not of hard starvings and not moderate unloads, just use a simple methods for walk of the fresh air, sleep re 6-7 hours, and rational eat, add physical activity, just a healthy life mode, right limitings in meal, are keeping health, good mood and work capacity.

As for 0.5 l. of milk  use are  300 gr of pumpkin, 10 gr of butter oil, 2 pieces of Millet bread, glass of water.
Wash pumpkin, shred,add hot water on one cm a higher for pumpkin, and cook 7 minutes on weak fire.Chop bread, dry in oven, add to pumpkin, keep on fire five minutes are, add hot milk, dress with butter oil.

Vegetable krestjanski soup.
As for 0.4 l. of water use middle carrot, 3 potatoes, onion head, root of petroselinum,40 gr of fresh cabbage, tea.sp. tomato paste or tomato one, one tea.sp. of any cereal as oats, millet, rice, 15 gr of vegetable oil, or lard, 15 gr of vegetable oil, two sp. of fromage, or creams, green of petroselinum, celery or dill.
Shred onion, carrot, cabbage, chop potato. In boiling water add cabbage, lead till boiling, after adding potato and cereal. Fry onion,carrot,petroselinum root within 6 minutes,add tomato pasta, or tomato's,fry 2 minutes, add in soup, cook 7 minutes. Add chopped green, and in plates are fromage or creams.

Milk vegetable soup.
As for 0.6 l. of milk use squash one, 2 carrots, cauliflower head, 10 gr of butter oil.Shred onion, add hot water and cook 5 minutes., Squash chop, cauliflower select on inflorescence's and add in carrot, cook for 12 minutes. Add after boiling milk, salt, sugar by taste,dress with butter oil.

As am drinking melting water, freezing a water through filtered, and after in center forming melted ice with light edges, transparent ice not mix with melted, dark ice not use. Melted water gives health, if add lemon and positive effect, and today lemons filling with chemo, and nothing soap will not clean theirs, am shredding lemons,like potato, adding sugar, or honey, if such lemon syrup add in melted water,this forces returning to you, and cook self yogurts. In blender add glass of kefir, adding pieces of fruits, and one tea.sp. of kefir, and for children serve sugar free tea, but with honey if not allergic he is, thus he will be a stronger.
And on my 60 y.old weight lowered since 145 to 110 kg, am not ability to walk later, and breath, hurted legs, and called for taxi, and am fly today as two years weight not rising.Seeds of apples am curing thyroid, and in rising sugar use oats, as flakes adding melted water, lead till boiling, infuse 15 minutes, and sugar and salt free, and if am needing in sweets, am eating halva sunflower or honey, am not hearing my diseases am happy, search an own happy, catch a life and be happy.

Half hours compresses as for these use cotton, pergament piece, elast gauze, nourishing face cream.As neck, and chin rub a cosmetic milk,after rub in cream, wet cotton a moisturizing emulsion, and pt on the chin and neck, close cotton with pergament, bandage a chin with elast gauze through head. In half hours remove compress and rinse face and neck of the cold water, as doing this procedure for 2 times/week.
