For portion are 80 gr of pumpkin, 40 gr of carrot, 40 gr of millet flour, 55 ml. of sour milk, 1/4 of egg, 4 gr of sugar, 9 gr of fat for fry, 0.3 gr of soda cooking, salt by taste, 30 gr of fromage, or 10 gr of melted oil, or 200 gr of kefir.
Cleaned and washed in cold water pumpkin and carrot chop, and cook in water, to mince meat.In cooled purée add sugar, egg, sour milk, , add sieved flour mixed with soda, salt, and mix till same mass getting. Baked pancakes on warmed oven, serve with fromage, melted oil, kefir.
Carrot pancakes.
For portion 100 gr of carrot, 35 gr of millet flour, 55 gr of milk, 1/4 of egg, 5 gr of butter oil, 3 gr of yeasts, 5 gr of fat for fry, 30 gr of fromage, or 15 gr of butter oil, or 40 gr of jam, salt by taste.
Cook carrot, clean, rub through sieve, add half of milk. Boil mass, and add in her half of norm, a sieved flour mixing keeping.
