 And so not ending ,so as organism planned them ending.

 So as if your organism counting ,that your sleep are 8 hours, as he will over build all inside processes. But,  if you are sleeps just 6 hours or not sleep, as using night work, clubs, thus in 6 hours a few molecular and physiologic processes, which are need stopping just in 8 hours ,faster stopping.

As think about, you are cooking soup, and cooking time is 1 hour, but on 40 min for you are called and asked  work, and soup kept not cooked, so,  as on a table keeping potato peels and meat pieces,which are in a few will spoil. Half cooked soup as in an oven kept, is having a place for other dish, which you are want to cook a next. But return to organism , when these are stopped cycles repeating, in cells are beginning accumulating intermediate products for metabolism, which are over manufacturing or splitting. Toxins and fragments of not over manufactured structure elements also keeping in cells. These molecules are not having systems for self-destroy and not damaging cells. Organism beginning searching methods for using  and utilization these substances, that needing additional energy and accelerating processes for over manufacturing and removing. A needing in additional energy for supporting a clean of inside environment of organism  is ability to stimulate raised appetite to sweet and fat meal,and to activate forming fatty  deposits.

 That means, your life method is affects  on this, would    accumulate your organism a fat   or stocks  and expenses finding in balance.

Anti acidity effect as preventing vegetable fats against acidyfing and spoilage.  Poly satturated fatty acids taking part importance role in metabolism , preventing atherosclerosis, as forming with cholesterol are easy dissolving connections, his removing affecting from organism, and favourable effect on the walls of blood vessels, rising theirs elast, decreasing theys fragility and permeability. Daily needing for adult in poly saturated fatty acids are 5-10 gr, thus within a day eat 20-30 gr of vegetable oil/in one tbl.sp. are 20 gr/, as natural kind, not manufacturing by culinary, and adding in farrago, salads, snacks. And a last, vegetable oil is benefit, but not avoid for full from butter oil, as needing human in fats is satisfactory  for theirs calculation  by  rational combination is  2/3 of animal, and 1/3 of vegetable fats.

Many of us are enjoying gardening and preserving for winter,every hostess closing are lots of jars as black currant with sugar.

 As remember this process,as black currant as source vitamin C where she is in contact with metal is destroying half vitamin,adding mass in pot, mixing in sugar, and keeping in surrounding bees,as waiting for jars filling. As on an opening air are remains as acidifying as on first minutes,when you are closing last jar ,thus vitamins in her as zero. As our ancestors pressed berries in a wood stupas and after added sugar or honey, faster added  poured over jars till lids and not kept under her an air. And what are about vitamins groups B  as taking part an importance a role in fatty metabolism and fat soluble vitamins A,E,D, K THUS THEIRS BASE SOURCE ARE NOT VEGETABLES, BUT ARE HIGH CALORIES PRODUCTS,AS MEAT, LIVER, KIDNEYS, EGGS,and needing in quantities as rising all permissible norms. And organism habit to deficit vitamins is pushes us ,that to stock up them future use .And unfortunately we are arranged, that to stock up we are just a fat.And proteins, vitamins, micro elements for us as before not enough.

If for the cooking a second dish needing frying,thus try using are melted animal fats,are melted butter oil as specially culinary fats.Who enjoy frying is on the vegetable oil, are needing knowing,that long warming vegetable oils are leading to acidity as containing in theirs are unsaturated fatty acids,and substances forming are affecting on the digestion organs and on the liver. As a constant irritation affecting negatively on theirs functions, and this is not meanings that as prohibited frying of vegetable oil, just not using his repeatedly. And suffering for stomach diseases,small bowel, pancreas, liver are needing avoiding all fried dishes and foods, and am explain why this is needing.
In frying process are top layers of food as warming till 120-135C, and just fats,and proteins in his structure entering and carbohydrates of warming affect are splitting and substances forming for irritating a very sensitive mucus membrane of stomach and bowel, gall ways. And in frying products are absorbing much fat, as fryed potato and cutlets, pancakes, rolls are of potato as absorbing till 70 percents of fat, and therefore fried meal avoiding in obesity, this meal rising appetite,as very bad for such patients.

My secrets for health.

When am visited a spa with my many diseases am used are ten pills, which are affected on my sugar and liver, am left spa and at home helped itself.
These are metabolism improve and restore organism work. Am on the morning drunk chelidonius kvass, in 40 minutes milk soup, to kefir added garlic,petroselinum, shredded raw pumpkin.
Clean vessels, burn fats is garlic, petroselinum is diuretic, good for heart, pumpkin gives energy, vitamins. And am avoided of pastry meal, am baking my own bread, as for fermenting use kefir, and her leaving after every baking, adding in bread millet, caraway, or seeds flax, and adding millet porridge. As am drinking melting water, freezing a water through filtered, and after in center forming melted ice with light edges, transparent ice not mix with melted, dark ice not use. Melted water gives health, if add lemon and positive effect, and today lemons filling with chemo, and nothing soap will not clean theirs, am shredding lemons,like potato, adding sugar, or honey, if such lemon syrup add in melted water,this forces returning to you, and cook self yogurts. In blender add glass of kefir, adding pieces of fruits, and one tea.sp. of kefir, and for children serve sugar free tea, but with honey if not allergic he is, thus he will be a stronger.
And on my 60 y.old weight lowered since 145 to 110 kg, am not ability to walk later, and breath, hurted legs, and called for taxi, and am fly today as two years weight not rising.Seeds of apples am curing thyroid, and in rising sugar use oats, as flakes adding melted water, lead till boiling, infuse 15 minutes, and sugar and salt free, and if am needing in sweets, am eating halva sunflower or honey, am not hearing my diseases am happy, search an own happy, catch a life and be happy.

Return meat in ration.

Within ten years am stayed as donor, checked a doctors, as all had been a Good, and 9 years ago am as pension getting, as again blood test checked and all stats are OK, but cholesterol wondered me is 6.9, so am hardened of my diet, just my ration for 6 years are of vegetables, fruits, cereals, beans, fish, flax seed, nuts, dried fruits, as meat,sausage, fromage,all smoked,fried are absence, as in my weight on 165 cm am having 63 kg. As recently again checked blood test, and cholesterol is 7,3, done peritoneum ultrasound test, liver tests, as all are in norm, as therapist prescribed statines, but a few of my friends are not using hard diet, weight is big, pressure problems, heart, and not using statines, cholesterol is in norm, am wondering as in my meal changed, as am read from your press,that issue by Shishoshina,are weight, disease will left without a diets, and am, here wondered, that all what are cholesterol rising,that eating often, help me.

How am slimmed.Curd diet.

As in community always appreciated are milk products, as a fat person with a big forms are described ,like blood with milk, but so of a milk is curd getting,as unique product,which help to slim.
As for this are needing singing a songs, as his benefit is hard to over appreciate, as curd needing in weakness, which calcium entering as for the normal working organism systems, as he having in light absorbing form, as this is very importance, as calcium of he helping in slimming, ass calcium affecting on fats depositing, as he fighting obesity,as fast fat burning and depositing lowering.Calcium stimulating metabolic fats transforming, as his a high contain turning in are mechanisms for fats burning, as he loosing preventing muscle mass on slimming, thus after a curd affected on weight by stats showed, thus his used in diet, so are having many diets of curd.
Am use mono diet before event, this is a very hard, but very good helped, as here am dunk green tea, hibiscus, eaten 50 gr of fatness curd are for 5 times/day are snacks, this diet for very stable patients,who needing fast slimming, as within a day weight loosing till 0.5-1 kg, in a day since this reloading organism feeling lightness and comfort. Am lost for three days are 2.5 kg,wrinkle on sides disappeared, waist size lowered on 4 cm, an new dress on this event I can to wear.
In diet time as starving very feeling, thus curd size raise on 100 gr, drink yogurt sugar free or kefir till 4 glasses/day, as in curd add fruits, as shredded apple, or banana, pineapple, oranges, but this diet not using for all life, this diet using for three days, as leaving her is wave needing, as after using vitamins are for week, and for diet working use with a minimal fat is curd, are not sugar with.

three tbl.sp. use of olive or sunflower oil everyday.

orange juice with lemon mix, adding hot water, use everyday before breakfast.

red currant juice drink everyday on 1/3 glass before meal.

one tea.sp. chopped berries of aronia in sugar eating for three times/day.

as good helps is garlic propolis balsam of 200 gr shredding mass adding in dark bottle, adding 200 ml. of medic spirit, dark into infuse for 20 days, filter,adding two tbl.sp. of bee honey, 30 ml. at 20 perc.sol. propolis, mixing till diluting a honey, as infuse till two days, use as drops in 0.75 glass of milk, for three times/day, before meal by such scheme.
first day, as for breakfast use one drop, lunch is for 2, dinner at three.
2 Nd day as for breakfast at 4, lunch at 5, dinner at 6.
3 Th day as for breakfast at 7, lunch at 8, dinner at 9.

fourth day for breakfast at 10, lunch at 11, dinner at 12.
fifth day.
breakfast at  13, lunch at 14, dinner at 15.
six day.
breakfast at 15, lunch at 14, dinner at 13.
7 day.
breakfast at 12, lunch at 11, dinner at 10.
8 day.
