Simple waffles.
200 gr of flour, one tea.sp. baked powder, egg, 1/4 l. of milk, or creams, 3 tbl.sp. melted oil or margarine, 1/4 tea.sp. salt, or 2 tbl.sp. sugar.
A mix powder, salt, slowly add milk, mixed with yolk, melted oil. Shake pastry till one mass, infuse 50 min, shake white egg, and before waffles baking add in pastry.
Sweet waffles.
1 egg, 50 gr of sugar, or margarine, or 50 gr of butter oil, 1/4 l. of milk, 125 gr of flour, salt.
A shake egg with sugar, add melted oil, slowly add a milk, flour, infuse pastry, bake.
Butter waffles.
200 gr of flour, glass of cold water, salt pinch, 2 tbl.sp. melted butter oil, 1/4 l. of creams, 2 tbl.sp. sugar.
Sieve flour in plate, add cold water, salt, melted oil, shake creams, add in pastry, bake right away.
Curd waffles.
3 eggs, 3 tbl.sp. sugar, 150 gr for curd, lemon peel, salt pinch, 3 tbl.sp. milk.
Shake white eggs in sugar, add curd, melted fat, peel, salt, mixed in baking powder, flour, milk. Shake white eggs in pastry before a bake.
Yeast waffles.
2 eggs, 2 tbl.sp. sugar, 75 gr for butter oil, or margarine, salt, glass for milk, 20 gr yeasts, shredded peel of 1/2 lemon, 200 gr of flour.
Shake eggs in sugar, add melted oil, peel. Yeasts rub in one tea.sp. sugar, add milk warm, add to egg oily mass slowly with flour. Infuse for pastry rising for an hour, and shake again, bake.
Potato waffles.
2 eggs, 1 tbl.sp. sugar, , peel of 1/2 lemon, or vanilla, glass for milk, 15 gr for yeasts, 150 gr for flour, 150 gr of boiled potato.
3 tbl.sp. melted plums, oil, or margarine.
Sieve flour in plate, yeasts rub in one tea.sp. sugar, add warm milk, shaken eggs, oil, vanilla, or peel, slowly add flour. Cold boiled potato rub, and add in pastry. Infuse pastry till rise, for hour, bake.
Delicious waffles.
150 gr of plums, oil or margarine, 100 gr sugar, 3 eggs, 200 gr potato starch, 1/2 glass of water.
And oil or margarine shake in sugar, add shaking keeping yolks, add starch,water. White eggs shake in strong foam, add in pastry, slightly mixing, bake right away.
Salted waffles.
30 gr of yeasts, one tea.sp. sugar, 1/2 glass of water, 250 gr flour, 1/2 tea.sp. salt, 1/4 l. of milk, 100 gr of butter oil, or margarine.
Yeasts rub till a liquid condition,add warm water, milk, salt, sieve flour in plate, add warm liquid and oil. Mix, shaking till a pastry one mass getting and smooth. A infuse his till rise in warm place.
Salted waffles with baked powder.
250 gr of flour, one tea.sp. baked powder, 1/2 tea.sp. salt, 3 eggs, 1 1/4 glass of milk, 200 gr of fromage, 3 tbl.sp. melted butter oil, 3 tbl.sp. vegetable oil.
Sieve flour in plate, add powder, salt. Yolks , milk, fromage shake,slowly adding to flour. Mixing pastry till a same mass and smooth. After add melted oil, and after add shaken white eggs, and right away bake. And if you want you can dress pastry with red pepper.
Crusting waffles.
125 gr of flour, 125 gr of starch, 125 gr of margarine, or butter oil, 3 eggs, 175 gr sugar, vanilla, sugar. Rub margarine with sugar, add eggs, vanilla,salt, flour, starch, infuse pastry for 30 min, bake. Ready waffles you can roll in tubes or cake and dress with a filling. And we are habit,that filling in waffles are cream, shaken creams. But waffles serving to snacks as with cold, or hot filling.
Cheese filling. Cold. 150 gr dried cheese, 2 tbl.sp. fromage, one tbl.sp. mayonnaise, red, or pepper black, 1/2 tbl.sp. tomato paste.Shred cheese, add in fromage, mayonnaise, paste, spices.
Chicken filling of,as hot.
Chop chicken meat, melt oil in pan, add flour, scald till a light-brown colour, add broth, boil, add chicken meat, mushrooms, stew a few min, dress with lemon juice , pepper.
