On January 27, 2010 am fallen as slides  on  ice road. And on my 82 y.old my bones are would need grinded. But, not, x-ray test nothing founds and cracked too. Suffered are strong a bowel, urinary bladder, brain shake , bones are not suffered. Am sure, that  density bones on affected berries, thus berries are having restoring effect on cartilage and bone tissue, if much theirs eating. Fatness meat, fish, are very needing for feeling saturation and ration balance, not fat milk food, but on limit, but if you enjoy ask in doctor, as milk carbohydrates can affect on the sugar level in blood. Are good salads of vegetables, fruit, as in adding not fat meat, fish, and about cereals, bread,they are keeping in ration, and asking in a doctor on what quantities.

Remember importance, that allowing norm for carbohydrates is defining just specialist checking you.

4. And what I must to drink, that is diabetes symptom one is thirst, and any to drink is a not good idea.

Am  recommending usually boiled water, not strong tea sugar-free, not strong coffee, at home pressed juices not sweet from markets .

5.But now on winter here are fruits, berries limiting, its a good idea to press self apple, orange juice.

And in markets who selling special drinks for diabetics are lucky, but from drinks you can buy invite, as very taste, different as of fruits, with sweetener, and vitamin C is matching. As his differences of apple, kiwi, raspberry are good refreshing, and in strong thirst enough is one glass. And for children's, are enjoying sweet drinks will enough 0.5-1 glass of Invite.

And on winter, when vitamins here are low, thus for diabetics its importance, use invite, that very taster and sweet, feeling also sweet , and not increase sugar in blood.

 6. What on the holidays I must drink from alcohol?

And in decompensation diabetes, and diet prescribed, not deprives for life pleasure, as vegetable salads, seafood, jellied meat, fish jellies are good, but select lean piece. A champagne is attribute for new year, you must drink, and not just a dry, but white, red. And vodka, small glass. Recipes for diabetics by Doctor Gurvich, and Invite.

Stewed meat.

 As on the bottom pan put 2 tbl.sp. of olive oil, add chopped petroselinum, carrot, celery, onion, pepper, bay leaf. After pieces of soft, lean meat, before to dry his, salted. 75 ml. of vodka, 2-3 tea.sp. of drink Invite/orange, or lemon/, 1-2 tea.sp. of Narzan mineral water, piece of orange.

All mix  good , add in glass for cocktail are 2-3 cubes of ice, decorate piece of orange.

Althea cure roots 6 gr, adding in thermos in glass of hot water, infuse for 4 hours, use one tbl.sp. for 4 times/day before meal as enveloping, anti inflamed,analgetic remedy, course are 45 days.

seeds flax, as adding glass of hot water in thermos, infuse for hour, use 1/4 glass for 4 times/day before meal, are same effects.

fl. calendula cure 20 gr, adding in thermos, infuse for 2 hours, use one tbl.sp. for 3 times/day after meal, as antiseptic,analgesic, cholagogue,anti inflamed, spasmolitic, are 30 days cure.

herb nettle ten gr, cook,like of flax, use, as anti inflamed, cholagogue, regeneration improving of mucus membranes.

fl. chamomile 10 gr, adding one glass of hot water, infuse in thermos for hour, use 1/2 glass for 3 times/day after meal, for three months,as spasmodic, antiseptic, sedative, cholagogue, as ulcer scaring.

as licorice root naked ten gr, as chop, adding glass of hot water, infuse two hours in thermos, use one tbl.sp. for 4 times/day, as anti microbe, enveloping, anti inflamed, healing are for 45 days course.

drink within a month aloe juice, as one tbl.sp. for 2 times/day before meal.

potato raw juice use 1/2 glass for 2 times/day before meal, for ten days, in 5 days course repeats.

fresh cabbage juice is benefit in ulcer one glass for two times/day before meal, are for 20 days, repeat course after resting on ten days.

leaves big plantain30 gr, fl. calendula cure ten gr, leaves mint piperine 15 gr, sage leaves ten gr, fr. cinnamon chopped 15 gr, herb caraway 15 gr, potentilla goose herb 20 gr, leaves raspberry 20 gr, two tbl.sp. adding in thermos in 0.5 l. of the hot water, infuse for 3 hours, use warm, on 1/2 glass before meal for 3 times/day, course are 45 days.

with honey to regulate and lead to norm a secretion and acidity stomach, as needing effect depends from the method time, in high acidity use honey before meal one hour as two tbl.sp, as on a hungry night aches use his on a night time, in low acidity eat before a meal few minutes, as honey in water relaxes walls of stomach, faster lows spasm in the stomach, honey cure helps, if course keeps for month.

in ache stomach good effect has of mint with honey, as one tbl.sp. mint piperine adding in 300 ml. of the hot water, adding one tbl.sp. with a top is buckwheat honey, infuse for hour, drink on an empty stomach.

as Russian clever words are viburnum with honey are very appreciated, are berries, jam of with honey is popular cure in stomach ulcer, berry s juice in honey are cured bleeding ulcer, as infusion cooking of one tbl.sp. berries in glass of the hot water, infuse, closing, two hours for, filter, squeeze, add honey as one tea.sp. for glass, use two tbl.sp. for 4 times/day before meal as for acuting preventing.

in cough with cold.

drink waters of dried cowberry, cranberry, fragaria, if allergy not has thus eat pear with honey on an empty stomach, as in 1.5 hour after meal or before 30 minutes, drink more tea with lemon, mineral water as warm of good softens skin with milk.

carrot fresh juice drink onm 1/2 glass for 3 times/day.

garlics are 5 chop, boil in glass of milk, cool, use one tea.sp, a few times/day.

black radish juice with honey use one tbl.sp. for three times/day after meal.

in loosing voice use fresh cabbage juice before meal for 4 times/day, since 1/4 glass begin, lead till 1/2 glass/day.

in breath top disease are good expectorants of leaves coltsfoot, root licorice, althaea, herb yarrow, inula, bidens, thyme, as two tbl.sp. any herb adding in 5 l. of hot water, infuse in thermos for 2 hours,filter, use on 1/2 glass for 3 times/day, before meal, licorice infusion use on two tbl.sp. for 4 times/day.

if cough worries you,use peel with lemon, garlic, chop, mix,adfd 0.5 l. of warm boiled water, not hot, infuse for two hours, use on 50 ml, before meal, for 3 times/day.

as prepare powder of root althaea, add warm water til thick fromage, filter, use one tbl.sp. for 2 times/day.

As decoctions he cooked of one tbl.sp. mass adding and in glass for hot water, keeping on water bath for 30 minutes,after infused for 15 minutes and filtered.

Decoctions are slowly absorbing by organism, than infusions, but effecting more longer time.

As he cooked in key water as of spirit used at 40 percent, as to mass used one till ten, 2 till ten, 3 till ten, as dried mass added in spirit for 15 days and infused in dark place, shaken everyday, squeezed after, infused for two weeks, added in dark bottles glass of ,closed, infused in cool place till three years.
