Drink teas for 3 times/day on an empty stomach, and separately on the morning at 7.00 am ,diet is nr 15.
1.Tinct. papaveris fr. 10 drops, tinct. rhodiolae ros. rh. 20 drops, tinct. salicis cort. 60 drops.
Mix all, add 100 gr of water on 35-40C , use for 3 times/day.
2. Exstr. Hyosciami fr. 5 drops, tinct.rhodiolae ros. rh. 50 drops, tinct. salicis cort. 60 drops. Mix all, add 100 gr of water on 35-40C, use on the morning on 7.00 am .
3. Tinct. valeriana rh. 10 drops, tinct. leonuris herb. 20 drops, tinct. rhodiolae ros. rh. 40 drops, tinct. spiraeae herb. 60 drops.
100 gr of water in mixing tinctures on 35-40C, usr one times/day on 24.00.
4. Tinct. rhodiolae ros. rh. 15 drops, tinct. leuzea rh. 25 drops, trinct. aralia rad. 15 drops, tinct. salicis cort. 50 drops. 100 gr of water on 35-40C, mixing tinctures adding, use for 3 times/day and enter for 2 times/day in water for 3 sec,after common massage, water temp. 8C for 2 sec, and with 30 gr of salt in 10 l. of water.And doing massage on points DU 9, DI 11, G 34, M36, KS 8, KO 23, LG 14, H5, M36 .W hen you are beginning moving add massage to the points LG19, LG 20,21, B 10, H 7, LU5, DI 4, M36.
Also using hypnoses therapy, and in habit you must add exercises, that preventing fears and muscles atrophies. And you can add mobility , that of walks for 2 times/day, with common massage and point massage on 20 min.
