As in the big bottle add cherry fruits, add honey wort, infuse opening for 3 weeks dark into in a dark place for the self fermenting, after close bottle, put in cold place. Phase liquid to filter,close,wrap with wires, as pitch by an entering for a short time with a turning in melted sealing wax, and keep in cold.
2.5 kg of honey, 5 kg of cherry, 12 l. of water.
Remained after a cooking honey a cherry fruits you can again add in honey wort, of 1.kg cooked honey and 12 l. of boiled cooled water, and receive a less string and less taste honey kvass.
