And let s calculate ,that for day for human need 1.2 till 1.6 mg of fluoride, with meal entering 0.3-0.5 mg fluoride/day. Concentration his in water for many regions are 0.5 m ig n one l. Thus,   for getting daily dose for fluoride for children are 0.5 mg  for 2-6 y.old additionally giving, but for 7-18 y.old are one mg.  Fluoride remedies use after meal, a pill put in mouth, chewing, as benefit remedy contact with teeth top and drinking water .  Anti caries effect leading in a case, when remedy using on 250 days/year, on summer using pause for 1-2 months.   Remedies with fluoride  avoiding using at the same time with calcium remedies, in regions, where  fluoride is rising by water on 0.8 mg , thus ,as in addicted of pills  is poison   having, with nausea, vomiting , but by doctor s dosages side effects are not having, thus fluoride pills taking with doctor s checking, parents, or teachers.
