After meal good rinse mouth, use dental tapes, or sticks wood as between teeth too having plaques and holes, avoid use needles, or other sharp items. Gums will damage. Of natural bristle a brush cleaning teeth are 2-4 months, after she is damaging, and staying soft, thin, thus change on new on 3-5 times/year, better use brush with artificial bristle. After any infected diseases, viruses you must change brush on new, microbes are depositing also on brush. An importance teeth conditions depending on from meal ,as big depending on having between a quantity, and often using sugar and development caries are having straight tie, what is means? Sugar is sweet food, good nourishing environment for mouth cavity microflora and very activity development in sugar addicted, that they are paying for bad mouth of sugar pleasures by bad teeth. A sweet meal remains also bad affecting, delaying in mouth cavity for 30-45 min. And preventing this, use these three rules.
1. Avoid eat sweet for night,
2. Between meal time not add snacks as sweets, better gnaw carrot, apple .
3. And for dessert after lunch not eat sweet, eat fruits as pple, orange, grapefruit, and carrot. They are mechanically cleaning spaces between teeth, and increasing high salivation,that helping cleaning mouth cavity against sweets remains.
Since young age add habit to gnaw , grind food for needing , a few are having laziness by chewing , and enjoy a bread soft, than humpback of bread , meat dishes as boiled, or fried, by pieces, and on soft, porridge food ,than a hard, And in result development detraining chewing apparatus and jaw muscles , bundles ,that lowering his resistance to different diseases. A chewing laziness in children's ,like a habit to suck fingers, tongue, bite nails, lick lips, as often suck nipple on the baby s age, that destroying a normal development for teeth-jaw system, and right teeth growing , affecting on gums diseases, thus since early age importance a learn for children to hygienic habits , and fight bad habits. Also for adults are bad affecting on teeth conditions are alcohol, smoking, that gums leading to chronic inflammations,dark plaque mucus membranes are bad, affecting on caries displaying. Thus condition of teeth depending on from many factors, as from your life mode.
