As in adults am also having ache joints, and recently am knew about their's cure by micromobility is deflection for ache joint, on a very small corner. And moves not doing through force and causing ache or discomfort.
1. Shin. Rise and low heel/amplitude is on 2 cm, toes not low from a floor.
2. For hip joint. Sit on chair, separate and shift knees with amplitude on 2 cm.
3.lie on the spine on the hard surface, hands put for body along. And slightly on a small corner rise and low top body part , strain belly muscle.
4. Breast region. Sit on chair straight, hands-free lie on the knees, relax. Shoulders are not working. Slightly bending out vertebra back, and borrow initial position, avoid doing faster, feel an own spine, feel a spreading warm.
4. For the neck. Lie on the spine is on the hard surface, under neck put roller, as a head slightly overturn back. Need to roll head on roller from the one side in other. Doing exercise a how much you can.. Such micro-moves improving feeding joints, and this is not possible with an everyday work, thus such exercises need to enter in you as a habit.
