Half of fatness chicken, carrot, fragrant peas pepper, dill twig, bay leaf, onion, 50 gr.rice.

Rice soup.

Cook same rice, clean potato,carrot, wash, chop,add in a soup, after vegetables soft,adding bay leaf, pepper, oil, salt, serve with dill.
Vermicelli soup.
70 gr/ of vermicelli small, 2 l. of water, potato, carrot, root of petroselinum, dill, onion, tbl.p. of vegetable oil.
Clean vegetables,root,wash,chop,cook,adding vegetable oil, bay leaf, pepper. Cook noodles, wash,filter,serve with noodles,sprinkle with dill.
Oats soup.
50 gr.oats, potato, carrot, glass of milk, 1.5 l. of water, pepper, dill.
Water boil, adding cleaned and washed vegetables, cook 15 minutes, adding oats and milk, mix,salt, pepper, cook with mixing 10 minutes, serve with dill sprinkle.
Pumpkin soup.
400 gr. of pumpkin, one l. of water, glass of milk.
Wash pumpkin, clean,chop, add in water,cook 15 minutes.Add milk, cook 10 minutes, salt,pepper.
Orange soup.
2 carrots, 300 gr.of pumpkin, 1.5 l. of water, glass of milk.
Carrot,pumpkin wash, clean,chop, ads in water,cook 20 minutes, ads milk, cook 5 minutes, salt,pepper, soup mix in a blender till a puree kind.
Potato soup with rusks.
3 potato, one l. of water, glass of milk, chopped rusks.
Wash potato, clean, chop, ads in water, cook 15 minutes, ads milk, salt, pepper, cook 10 minutes, serve with chopped rusks.
Kljetski soup.
Potato, carrot, onion, petroselinum root, 40 gr.of flour, 1.5 l.of water, tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, dill twigs.
Wash vegetables,root,clean,chop, cook in water to 20 minutes, add oil, lead till boiling.Mix flour in water till liquid pastry, salt,pepper, and with tea.sp. adding in boiling soup,when kljetski will raise soup is ready, serve with crushed dill.
