Wash egg, a shake,salt,pepper,wash meat, chop till pieces beat every, adding in shaker egg, roll in flour,and add in vegetable warmed, fry every pieces from both sides,adding water,stew till ready in bay leaf, pepper.
Chiken s cutlets.
200 gr.chiken fillet, 50 gr.crushed rusks, two tbl.sp. of milk, egg.
Fillet wash, to mince meat two times for, add in egg, rusks mix in milk, add in meat mass, salt,pepper, form cutlets,cook steaming by.
