But, if in sleep failure human eating healthy meal, organism it partially compensates for damage, affected of failure sleep, with substances from food. If somebody thinks,that on a night, night change or on a night in club life is not effects on a health, and not causes just headache, thus you are true mistake. And am to remind you, that on a daily time for satisfaction energy needs organism using glucose, and on the night are fatty stocks.
This is meaning , that not depending , that you are doing on daily time, is to slim not possible, if you are not sleep a normal on night,go in bed on the midnight, or strong snoring, thus organism not resting on the night.
