A one from main problems of modern meal s culture is using limited diets and meal s behaviour displaying, among young peoples with a negative body images. Teenagers, children's are most not enjoying an own body, and in results they are risking applying on self hard limits in meal, that leading to poor eating, over eating after limits and following weight rise. A strong control for an own meal, negativity affecting on your physical health and self rate, and straight tied with mood worsening and rising anxiety. These are having convincing evidences and lots of ,that between a not healthy habits meal in childhood and teenager and worsening psychical health is tie having, but its not clear, does this tie as causal-effect .And, if in your children on the past or now having meal s behaviour destroy, thus you must be a care in changing meal style or hard limits. As if need to consult with psychologist, psychiatrist, dietologist or other specialist, which is having experience work with children of such destroys, before to change child s ration.
