Answers by Charkovsky: Am not deciding this problem, its a case,which was received on animals .Am shared my reports for Behtereva is professor and for other scientists  , and found theirs support . About a bleeding problem ,she is very hard, am not as competent  on this to answer. In Russia  are done 700 births in water, journalists  are exaggerated, am never taken birth, and who is taken, am not say, without theirs  allowing.
