Sit on chair, legs are pull out and fix toes. Turn body to right and left, deviate back horizontally till position, after return back.
An especial benefit of doing this exercise in the morning . And for a sleep time is delaying blood circulation , erythrocytes and leukocytes depositing in liver and spleen, and exercise affecting for transfer these form elements of blood in blood channel. Activates blood supply for all body, and head brain.
Train for periphery, hearts for legs.
Put legs on the width of shoulders ,doing squats ,at the same time trying a bigger incline body, keeps are hands-on the knees.
Training as PH for hands.
Sit, or stay, doing different moves by hands, rise theirs up, in sides, bend and bend out in elbows, doing a circle and swing moves. And man's take in hands are dumbbells.
PH for neck.
Stay or sit incline head in different sides ,turn in one, after in other side, add this exercise by light rubbings for head, and neck and ear auricles, after massage hands, legs for 2-3 min, and walk at room. If having possibles ,ending exercise by a walk on 20-30 min or run. Everyday train , as better for 2-3 times/day, as on the morning, daily time is on the lunch pause and evening after work. It's a not many times taking, so as without a walk, and run training keeping are 5-10 min.
Begin with a few repeats for every exercise and leading slowly theirs quantities till a maximal possible , and doing exercises on data sequence. As in working as sitting a benefit to learn exercises are helping for heart, preventing venous stagnation, and doing theirs between a work ,sitting. That exercises as hide from others.
And thus method for PH for those, who is long time sitting.
A most often:
Move fingers of legs, legs are not moving from a floor, as kneading from one foot on others .
Strain and relax muscles of buttocks and belly.
Move by right and left shoulder, strain , and relax spine muscles, connect and separate shoulder blades.
Squeeze wrists in fists, strain muscles of pre shoulders and shoulders.
Deflect head back, by head doing circle moves, rub forehead and neck.
Slightly rise from chair, rise hands behind head and throw back .
And also besides these exercises periodically slightly rubbing auricles, doing a few deep breaths in and breathes out ,that diaphragm activity moving . Lowering diaphragm, massaging organs for peritoneum gland, squeeze out from theirs a venous blood in breast cavity. When breast cell is widening, straightening lungs sucking a venous blood, that facilitating heart work. And here activity working breast , peritoneum, and diaphragm pumps are heart s helpers, liquidating blood stagnation.
