A falling for physical activity is beginning after 45 y.old and keeping next ten years, but if constant keeping in form, thus on 70 y.old a real runs marathons and doing long swims and bike rides by.
Cells are of cerebral brain slowly die off and on adult theirs are less ,thus are memory is bad, and following dementia. But its not true, but in a few regions of brain are cells manufacturing not stopping till your life ending, but old cells are dead, changes on new and this is not stopping process, just you must need to strengthen brain , often his training , are with learning new words, writing poems, stories, puzzles, blogs, translating, reading books, as they are supporting developing and supporting brain activity.
And by stats in a half and more peoples after 85 y.old having cognitive brain functions as mental processes are in norm, others are failures by different diseases caused, just 3-4 percent /Alzheimer disease/ are affected by genetically, other by life mode, stress, regime, diet defining.
