30 years am lived at village with garden, and not cared for joints. Every year cured at hospitals for feeling better, but relieved condition helped an other.
One day am received press, where doctor shared for joints cure ,to cure joints need not with ointments, but a mobility.
And here are three exercises shared, which doing for 4-5 times/day, but not an often ,than every 2 hours.
First exercise is Humpty-Dumpty, sit on chair, that legs are not touching floor, thus arbitrary , like swing with legs for 5-7 min.
2nd exercise is top-top.Sit on chair , legs are touching a floor, and not move from his fingers, alternately raise heels on 2-3 cm from the floor, and so are 5-7 min.
Am true learned and done this complex, within a day repeated his on 4–5 times, in a month felt better, stopped hurt, not used stick, and am done exercises for 2-3 times/day, and not just on the morning for preventing. And within 3 years am not having torments with joints, soon is my birthday, 90 y.old, writing this letter without glasses, not feeling ache.
