Am suffered from problems with urine incontinence, till one day, when am knew a recipe, which helped me fought it.
Big onion clean from peel, cut on the thin layers , not pieces , put on plate, close a towel of paper and dry are 2–3 weeks in dark place, am put in kitchen cabinet, everyday turning over. When onion is dry, grind his, and one tbl.sp. a powder mix in glass of hot water, cool till warm condition, mix, and not filtering drink in 20 min after meal.
And this remedy helped me faster, and given recipe for my friend , as she is on 80 y.old, she is too fought this problem, and very happy. And on a nighttime against often going to WC, thus before sleep till sleep eat 1/4 tea.sp. of mixture with mustard powder with honey one to one, with 0.5 glass of water drinking. Doing it 2 weeks or more, also good helping.
And also strengthen urinary bladder with exercises, am doing are these:
1. Walk on toes with a same, it's retracting yourself in a back passage.
2. Walk with ball of middle size, squeezed between hips.
3. Separating straightened legs in sides, sitting on the floor, and together theirs in initial position., are ten times.
4. Raise and low pelvis from a lie position on the spine in bended knees are ten times.
5. In position a lie at the same time or alternately raise straightened legs are ten time.
6. Separate and together hips, sitting on chair, are ten times.
7. Walk on the place as a few min.
8. Squeeze crotch and buttocks are ten times.
9. Retraction and inflation of a belly, are ten times.
