My begin with a hot water.

 Am I feeling on 30 y.old, as my true age is 70. Within many years am wake on 6.00 am, and right away i s toilet, easy  gymnastic on fresh air, hanging on horizontal bar, after am feeding my chickens, cats, dogs, after am shaving and water procedures adding with rubbing till redness with waffle towel.

 Drink a cup of hot water boiled, and pray, after adding mantras as All of my inside organs and gastrointestinal works stability and awesome, am feeling forces and energy. A same positive and mottos you can compose. And in 30-40 min am breakfast having. With porridges, vegetable salads, fishes, and before this a glass of tea mushroom drinking.

Long time am not eating pork, but lard am eating. My favourite is  meat of birds. 1-2 times/week doing reloading days, within a day just drinking boiled water warm, before sleep using glass of water with honey spoon.

 For next morning same water, after in 10 min drinking 6 pills of activated coil , and in 30-40 min am breakfast having. And by this am forgot, where is hurt, and heartburn about. Water good fighting hungry, universal cure. As in a morning in stomach entering as hot killing pathogenic microflora, digestion in process entering, immune system, stabilization pressure. Am smoked within 40 years, and if you are still smoking, stop this harmful habit, add your willpowers, hard process am sure. Who smoked closed to me, am salivated, that want to do it, am  stopped smoked as first year expectorated, but to live a full life is won.

Stop drink gas drinks, sweets, alcohol, but a few glasses of red wine good is a few times. Month is good. Enjoy your work, find work for pleasure you, long time keeping in profession on a favourite work is true merit. As same with love, true, lovely women are opening you, give wings, give joy, and inspires. A few men  are old, wrinkle, grumble, and blaming are other, not yourself. And here ask:Are you pit goals on the young ages? Tried studied, swim current by, a marriage of love, and cared for children's , sometimes asking in children, he answers, that I don't want to be, like my dad!
