Am baking apple pancakes, which are enjoying my grandchildren.
For pastry is one l. of milk, 3 eggs, salt, sugar by taste, adding flour and mixing good. Clean apples, middle cut, shred, and in pastry add, add 3 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, and on the middle fire bake pancakes, pan is not scalded . Pancakes receiving are tender, lush, serve with fromage. A best breakfast. Taste, useful, and not hard.Am tried in pastry put pumpkin, and yes, too taste . And everybody cook by own taste!
