Cranberry juice cook of cranberry one kg, water 200 ml.
Stew in pot are cleaned berries, add water, warm till 60C, chop with wood pestle , turn off fire, filter in a few gauze layers, press. Juice lead till boiling and boil 3 min.
Add in sterilized jars or bottles, close. Jars are turn over, cool on horizontal position.
