Variant nr 1.
Fr.hibiscus one tbl.sp, ash berry red one tbl.sp., water one l.
Add in enamel dish 0.5 l. hot water, adding chopped berries, boil ten min. Turn off fire, add infusion in a good warmed tea pot, add 0.5 l. of boiled water, infuse under lid and towel for 3 hours, drink as filtered.
Variant nr 2.
Fr.hibiscus 2 tb.sp, raspberry berries 5 tbl.sp, water one l.
In enamel dish add chopped berries, add 0.5 l. of hot water, boil ten min on weak fire under lid for ten min, add infusion in warmed good tea pot, add 0.5 l. of the hot water, infuse under lid and towel for 3 hours , filter, drink.
Variant nr 3.
Fr.hibiscus one tbl.sp, cowberry berries one tbl.sp, water 1.5 l.
In enamel dish add one l. of water, add chopped berries, boil ten min, add in a good warmed tea pot, add 0.5 l. of hot water, infuse under lid and towel for 1.5 hours.
Variant nr 4.
Fr.hibiscus one tbl.sp, leafs of currant one tbl.sp, leafs raspberry one tbl.sp, leafs of cowberry one tbl.sp, water one l.
In enamel dish add 0.5 l. of hot water, add chopped berries and leafs, boil on weak fire under lid for ten min, add in a good warmed tea pot, ad 0.5 l. of the hot water, infuse under lid and towel for 1.5 hours, filter ,drink.
Variant nr 5.
Ashberry red berries ten tbl.sp, leafs nettle 5 tbl.sp, water one l.
Berries, leafs chop, and mix. Three tbl.sp. mass cook in one l. of the hot water for ten min, add in a good warmed tea pot, infuse 3 hours, filter ,drink.
Variant nr 6.
Fruits hibiscus one tbl.sp, cowberry berries one tbl.sp , leafs nettle 3 tbl.sp, water one l.
Fruits, berries, leafs chop, mix, add in porcelain , ceramic, or faïence dish. In enamel dish add one l. hot water, add 3 tbl.sp. mass, on weak fire under lid boil ten min, add infusion in a good warmed tea pot, infuse 5 hours, filter,drink.
