Fruit lemonade.
Honey 3 tbl.sp, lemon juice 1/4 glass, raspberry juice 0.5 glass, fruit compote 100 gr, ice 5 pieces, mineral water one l.
Add compote in enamel dish, add lemon and raspberry juices, lead till boiling, turn off fire. Cool till 40C, dilute honey, cool till 5-7 C, add mineral water, honey.
Currant lemonade.
Honey 5 tbl.sp, currant syrup 0.5 glass, fresh currant juice glass, lemon juice 3 tbl.sp, water one l.
In enamel dish mix juice with syrup, mix,add water, lemon juice, lead till boiling , turn off fire. Cool till 40C, dilute honey, cold.
Orange lemonade.
Honey ten tbl.sp, orange juice glass, carrot juice 0.5 glass, juice of big lemon , yolk, ice 5 pieces, water one l.
Boil water, cool till 40C, in this dish dilute honey, add yolk, shake with mixer, and in other water dilute orange juice and carrot, mix, cool till 5 C, add ice., juice, peel of lemon, ice 5 pieces , water one l.
Honey lemonade.
Variant 1.
Honey 5 tbl.sp. Juice , peel of lemon, ice 5 pieces, water one l.
In enamel dish boil one l. of water, add juice of lemon, shredded peel, cook ten min. Cool under lid till 40C, dilute honey, infuse under lid and towel for 1.5 hours, put in refrigerator, serve with ice.
Variant 2. Honey one kg, water 15 l, yeasts beer 30 gr, juice, peel of 5 big lemons.
In enamel dish boil water, add juice of lemons, peel shredded, cook ten min. Cool till 40C, dilute honey, add yeasts, infuse for fermenting for day. Add in bottles, close, corks fix with wire, cool in keep as on lie position.
Grapefruit lemonade.
Honey 100 gr, grapefruit juice 0.5 glass, mandarine juice glass, warm water 0.5 glass, cold water one l.
Boil one l. of water, cool till 40C in 0.5 glass of water, dilute honey.Water mix in grapefruit juice and mandarine, cool till 5C, mix all, drink by small gulps.
Hot lemonades after sauna, or baths.
Vanilla lemonade.
Tilia honey 5 tbl.sp, juice, peel of 3 lemons, vanilla one l, water one l.
In enamel dish boil water, add honey, juice, shredding peel of three lemons, vanilla. Boil 5 min, cool till 60C, and drink of warmed glasses.
Hibiscus lemonade.
Tilia honey 5 tbl.sp, chopped berries hibiscus 3 tbl.sp, orange juice glass, syrup hibiscus 0.5 glass, water one L .
In a good warmed tea pot add hot water and chopped hibiscus, dilute here syrup of hibiscus, infuse under lid and towel for ten min.In porcelain dish dilute honey in orange juice. Mix all, drink of warmed glasses on 60C.
