Mix good all herbs. And add in ceramic, wood, porcelain, or glass tea pot, add tea, and add water hot, infuse under lid and towel for 15 min.
Variant nr 2.
Green tea 9 tea.sp, mint 0.5 tea.sp, caraway fruits 0.5 tea.sp, water one l.
In a good warmed tea put 0.5 l. of the hot water, add mint, caraway, infuse same, add hot water cooled till 80C, and add green tea, infuse 5 min under lid with towel.
