Vanilla lemonade.
Tilia honey 5 tbl.sp juice, peel of three lemons, vanilla one gr, water one l.
In enamel dish boil water, add honey, juice, chopped lemon peel, vanilla, boil 5 min, cool till 60 C, and drink from warmed glasses.
Hibiscus lemonade.
Tilia honey 5 tbl.sp, chopped hibiscus berries 3 tbl.sp, orange juice glass, syrup of hibiscus 0.5 glass, water one l. In a good warmed tea pot add in tea pot steamed berries chopped, dilute here syrup, infuse under lid and towel for ten min, and in porcelain dish dilute honey in orange juice, all mix, drink from warmed glasses on 60C.
