Oats flakes 120 gr, curd 40 gr, sugar 40 gr, butter oil 20 gr, sour milk 60 gr, eggs 2/3 piece, raisin ten gr, salt 2 gr, exit 200 gr.
Oats flakes dried and grinded add in rubbing curd, eggs, sour milk, sugar, oil, raisin , mix good .Pastry roll ,like a thin sausage, spread with egg.With folk apply longitudinal strips, sprinkle sugar, and bake on sheet culinary , hot cookies cut,like rhombus.

Oblong strips with creamy colour, slightly salted taste with cheese taste.
