0.5 kg of rice , 2 heads big of onion, 3 carrots, 2 sweet Bulgarian peppers, 200 r prunes, 3 pieces tomatoes fresh, 3 garlics, vegetable oil, bay leaf, salt, pepper by taste, 600-700 gr of water.
Onion, carrot, pepper fry in oil as separately till ready. Shred prunes, garlic chop, tomatoes cut on cubes. Wash rice, put in enamel pot,add fired vegetables, tomatoes, garlic, prunes, bay leaf, salt, pepper.
All mix, add water, on strong fire lead till boiling, after cook on weak fire till ready, not mixing.
Mucus soups without meat, fish, vegetables are entering in maximally sparing diets as nr 1, 1 a, 1 b, for diet nr 1 a in soups adding milk, for diet nr 4 use meat or fish broth.
Soup pearl mucus.
400 gr for ready dish a milk 250 gr, pearl barley 25 gr, butter oil 5 gr, sugar 3 gr.
Select barley, wash in warm water , but not a manna, and grinded cereals, add in boiling water and cook till ready, after rub through sieve, and cook again. In ready dish add butter oil.
Proteins 9.3 gr, fats 12.4, carbohydrates 33.2, energy value 274.6 kkal.
Dish use for diets nr 1 a, 1 b, 3, 4 a, 5 a, 5 p.
Diet nr 1 a.
Approximately menu .
1 st breakfast.
Eggs hard-boiled 2 pieces, butter oil 20 gr, milk boiled glass.
2 nd breakfast. Milk boiled glass.
Lunch. Soup rice mucus with vegetable oil, soufflé meat stewed with vegetable oil, kisel fruit.
Afternoon snack. Milk boiled glass, omelet stewed.
Dinner is manna porridge milk, boiled milk glass.
For night. Boiled milk glass.
For all day sugar 50 gr, hibiscus drink 200 gr.
