And what is changing with years?A quantity for years living, and rhythm of life in me keeping a usual , every day am walking on 5 km, and gymnastic doing. Waking up on 5.00 am, my morning is exercises within 25 min at bed, all exercises am not describing, just describing which am not met.
1. Lie on the spine, belly, with a breath. Low breath. Muscles relaxed, one hand put on the belly, other is o the breast, slowly through nose doing breathe in, do breathe in is peritoneum wall rounding.A low lungs parts are filling with breath.In breathe out peritoneum wall retract to inside.
Breathe from lungs removes through nose, and in this move massaging stomach, bowel, liver, am doing are 20 breathe in-breathes out . After belly massage on the clockwise with both hands, are 30 turnovers.
2. Middle , or breast breath, and initial position a same. Attention direction are on the hips, one hand is on the belly, other is on the breast. Breath in through nose, ribs of breast cells are widening in both sides. Middle part of lungs filling with air, breathe out through nose, ribs are relaxing, peritoneum wall shoulders in breathe act are not taking part. Hand put on the belly, is not mobility. And in this exercise massaging heart, liver, spleen, kidneys.
3.Top breath. A same position. Direction breath on the top lungs sides,slowly breathe in through nose, raising clavicles and shoulders, filling air here for top lungs sides. Breathe out through nose, slowly relaxing ribs in a top part breath cell and lowering shoulders. Belly and middle part for breast cell are keeping not mobility.
This is golden exercises, am doing theirs 20 times , beginning since 4-6 times, slowly adding. After am stand up, and doing exercise on the carpet , also will describe a not are all exercises.And take stick with both hands and through head low her behind a spine. And also free her from hands and rising her through head low to the front, and to initial position, repeat are 8-10 times.
Left hand behind head, right through shoulder left move and touch her a left hand, concatenating hands in lock, keep are 30 sec.
Not bending knees, low hands, touching with palms to a floor.
Front to the hands are on the floor level, and touch with left hand a palm with right hand and on the contrary.
Stay.Hands in sides with dumping bells, turn on 360 C for 21 times, faster lean on heel of right leg, left helping doing turns, and dizziness not having.
4.Low on the four. Breath by belly for 20 times.
Cat exercise, and you know her, that helps in spine aches.
Slowly pull left knee to the right hand's and contrary.
Sit on the heels, knees separating on the level shoulders, lie between knees on the floor, with forehead, and breast touching a floor.Hands pull t= the front is on the floor, as stretching spine muscles. Breath with ribs, am doing are 20 breathes in and breathes out.
5. Sit,pull legs to itself, hands with take fingers of legs and raise legs up, pulling hands and legs, for a staying straight calculate till 30.After connect legs together, put head on the hands, and triangle receiving, where are all sides not same, but straight. Calculate till 30, low hands, and this exercise still a not easy.
6. Sit. Bended legs in knees, separate legs on the levels shoulders and low on the floor to the right. Body, head turn to the left, and not move from a floor. In other side , and so for 8-10 times in every side.
7. Lie on the spine, raise straight legs up till 90 degrees for 8 times, touch with right knee till chin, change legs, thus with a left knee till a chin, on 8 times.
8. Same position. Bends legs in knees and together, legs are on the floor, on the left side a body, head turning in right side, and shoulders not moving from a floor. After legs on the floor, on the right floor, body, and head on the left side, same not move shoulders from a floor, 8-10 times in every side.
After this a walk on the buttocks, and knees, within a day am doing are 20 squats are on 4-5 approaches.And exercise Heron,that stay on the one leg, calculate till 60-70 , and also twist a hoop.
