Adult peoples are often having health problems, and especially on pressure. Am also tried calling emergency and am decided helped itself, searched in books and success helped me. Every morning doing exercises as twist pedals, doing push-ups from a kitchen table, squats. Eating lots of berries and fruits as cranberry, currant, crowberry, and drink cranberry juice of 3 kg berries rubbing with sugar, and adding in cup of hot water this mixture. Drink for 3-4 times/day with honey before meal.
And on evening if pressure rising apply on occiput a ice of frozen and on a short time, on calves apply mustard plasters or put legs in hot water, after wearing woollen socks and go in bed. Lie, breathe out air, and a few times not breath, organism is calming of daily problems and thinking about a good and calming sleeping.
