Lots of readers asking me about my day begin, and my regime is: Am wake up, doing pulls-ups, trying stretch spine, after shake with hands and legs, and 100 times doing bicycle. After am adding breakfast as oatmeal with oil piece, curd wit fromage, and walnuts, jam pinch, and tea drink in 2 hours.
On the lunch is chicken soup with noodles and sauerkraut, cutlets with potato puree, in a hour are fruits. Am trying eating more berries as cranberry, cow berry, tea on lunch am not to drink. Before breakfast, lunch, dinner am drink glass of water, since evening infuse till a morning.
Daughter bought me sticks for Scandinavian walk.Daily time is TV, watching news. Reading books, press, playing in puzzles, not wearing glasses. Before sleep too reading and go in bed, am sleep on 8 hours.
Trying not using pills, and when COVID-19 attacked me am used pills for three times, and week for sicked, and recovered for 2 weeks, drunk chicken broth, waters berry, eaten watermelon, as he removed from organism are harmful substances, and my age is 85 y.old.
