Vegan coconut curd is my recently favourite dish, and in Moscow am found a company @dolce.vega, which cooks a taste of coconut curd, and you can think, that you are enjoying cooking and eating cheesecakes , but prohibited for one day , and not eating within 1.5 years, that all milk products are prohibited. A take one jar of coconut curd, add 2 tbl.sp. universal gluten-free flour, sweetener, or syrup not add, coconut is very sweet. Form with hands are cheesecakes ,sprinkle with flour, and fry on a pan with warmed oil, from both sides , and enjoy! And with a coconut yogurt by dolce vega is true pleasure.

Millet flour changes here on gluten-free natural.
200 gr of curd, egg, sweetener by taste, 3 tbl.sp. universal gluten-free flour. Flour add optionally, a little, that a curd with egg keeping form.
Mix all, with one tbl.sp. take curd mass, sprinkle a top with universal gluten-free flour, and apply on the sprinkle with flour a curd on palm. Sprinkle with flour a curd with other side and form cheesecakes. Apply on warmed in pan oil. Fry till a golden crust from a both sides.
