History by my namesake from Italy.

 @valentinaglutenfree is Instagram by my namesake from Italy, she is too Valentina and too on the gluten-free diet and too ginger.And when we are met on Instagram ,we are both emotionally and though a how this is possible. We are , ike sisters. She was born and grew in Sarcan is  port town on  east part Italian Rivera in Liguria, and in neighbourhood a Spetsia. And she shared, when parents are known about celiacia, her family life changed. And she felt alone, shy, limited ,that affected a disease. And on 18 y.old she decided,that tired of this life. And she formed strong motivation for moving to the front to an own goal. And now she is a professional baker, everyday baking, opening bakery, and true awesome cooking a miracle focaccia with olives and deserts  gluten-free. And am never met such peoples with celiac, that working on an favourite work, and in a chapter recipes am added her recipes, which cooking easy , and am believe,that one day we are met.
