If you are enjoying cooking, and eating, and not enjoying dishes gluten-free from markets, thus cook dishes, and true taste, and pasta at home cooking is better, than by buying, and not expensive.
Sauce pasta.
200 gr unique gluten-free flour, 2 tbl.sp. water, one tbl.sp. vegetable oil, 1/4 tea.sp. of salt, egg, or his changer one tbl.sp. flax flour or chia seeds flour, and 3 tbl.sp. water.
For sauce is tomato big, or Bulgarian pepper, 3 pieces for garlic, 2 tbl.sp. olive oil, salt, pepper by taste, handful big for cedarwood nuts or cashew, 300 gr of force meat, onion, salt, pepper by taste.
Sieve in plate flour, add salt, mix, do hole in flour, add warm water,egg or changer his, flax flour and vegetable oil. Form pastry, if need add flour, or water, for dense pastry and elastic getting. And cook noodles by traditional method or with a special cooking. Cook in water in slightly salted water.
For sauce as in blender mix tomato, garlic, nuts, butter oil, in pan fry chopped onion, add force meat, salt, pepper by taste. And noodles put in pan, mix care. And pasta put in plates, if you are cooked in portion pans,thus serve in pan. Add greens, and chopped nuts.
Carbonara pasta.
200 gr of gluten-free spaghetti, 100 gr of bacon, salt, pepper by taste.
Garlic piece, egg, one parmesan shredding for sauce, and same cooked pasta.
Boil water, cook spaghetti, bacon cut, fry in middle fire, add black pepper, chop garlic, add in pan. If you are not use garlic, thus not add. And Italian share,that all taste cooks with garlic. Thus they are use diet,and not prohibited meal eat. Mix in plate egg with cheese shredding.Spaghetti are ready and bacon fried, and add theirs to pan with bacon. And remove garlic piece. Add water, in a pan,where spaghetti cooked. Mix,add egg-cheese mass in pasta. Mix , put in plates. And on a top add shredding cheese, pepper black, fresh basil.Not cool, eat right away!
Pasta with jamon or bacon.
300 gr pasta, 100 gr of jamon or bacon.
One tbl.sp. sweet pepper, 2 tbl.sp. green peas.
Cook gluten-free pasta, chop on strips jamon or bacon, fresh on cubes pepper, and put on the pan. Cooked pasta add on sieve, and put in pan, add green peas, mix all, and serve.
Turkey baked.
400 gr of fillet turkey hip, one red onion, one sweet pepper, 6 pieces for marinade cucumbers cukes, salt, pepper, rosemary by taste.
Fillet cut on pieces and add on warmed with oil pan,salt,pepper. Cut onion, sweet pepper, and cukes on 4 parts and add in pan. Add rosemary, fry, mixing for 15 min, add water, low fire, close lid and lead till ready.
And in serve in plate add fresh greens. For garnish serve rice, baked potato or macaronies.
Vareniks.
2 glasses for universal gluten-free flour, eggs 4, or changer theirs of 4 tbl.sp. flax flour with 1/4 glass of water, salt pinch, one tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, pastry getting needing a plastic and soft, not breaking in rolling and modelling. If this is happening, thus water is less.
Form pastry, on a sprinkle with flour, a board to roll. Without eggs pastry is very thin, thus not a roll, and he is not elastic,like in usual. Am wetting hands in vegetable oil, thus pastry here is more elastic and obedient. Filling using by taste as of boiled potato with fried onion and mushrooms, curd, cabbage.
