2 pieces of whole grain bread or buckwheat on 60 gr, 400 gr beet hummus , 40 gr cucumbers, 30 gr avocado, 15 gr any salad leafs. Warm bread in toaster, avocado and cucumber cut on pieces thin. Dried pieces of bread spread with hummus, put salad leafs, cucumber and avocado close a second bread piece.

Chickpeas wet in cold water for night, in a morning cook till ready. Liquid as aquafaba where cooked , infuse,that if need add in ingredients. Add chickpeas in blender,add olive oil, juice of lemon, garlic, beet, shake till one mass. Add sesame oil /tahini/, spices, mix. Add aquafaba if you need, for a liquid mass forming. 350 gr raw pumpkin, 150 gr curd, one egg, vanilla pod, pinch of sea salt, 10 gr of tapioca starch, one tea.sp. Psyllium, 5 gr of pumpkin seeds.
Clean pumpkin, bake in oven for 15 min.Ready pumpkin, cooled add in curd and other ingredients, shake till one mass. Put in spreading with oil a form , and bake 35 min in warmed till 180C oven.
