Who enjoying dishes of milk as milk sauces, milk products are saturating and taste.
Soup with ears.
Form pastry of half glass flour, eggs ,not a full glass of water,salt.And with glass a thin rolling circles, apply on theirs force meat, pinch, like pelemenis. Force meat cooking of half glass boiled, washed rice,adding two hard boiled eggs, and one sp. melted oil, and ears on begin put in hot water, and when are pop up add in boiling milk, salt, add 2 tbl.sp. of oil, boil, serve.
And for second dish is milk porridge, third is milk kisel.
And in three glasses of milk dilute half glass of sugar, boil, and in other glass dilute two tbl.sp. of starch in glass of cold milk, or water adding in boiling milk, mixing good cook 5 min on weak fire. And for aroma when milk is not cooking you can add half packet of vanilla, or shred peel on one lemon, orange. Mix, add in vases or cups. And serve in special plates, and taking kisel as keeping form ,thus a bottom of vase for minute put in hot water. A milk kisel you can decorate with berries of compote, jam, or sprinkle with chopped nuts.
