And on begin cook a curd of 4 l. warm boiled milk and glass of sour milk add in pot, mix, infuse at room till a forming hard clot. After clot cut of pieces, and pot put on fire as on a water bath, on weak fire, care mixing are top layers. And soon mass will delaminating on clots and green liquid is whey. After remove clots, put on sieve with gauze covering, and form of gauze a bag put under stone, or hang for a forming curd dryer. And home curd is a very taste with milk and fromage, or you can cook lots of dishes taste.
And you can cook curd with carrot.
Cook carrot in water and oil, mix, rub ,add curd, add flour, or manna, raw egg, sugar, salt, mix good, and form cutlets and fry from a both sides.
200 gr curd, 500 gr of carrot, 2 tbl.sp. sugar, half glass of flour, or manna, eggs,two tbl.sp. oil, and not counting an oil for fry, and carrot you can change on potato also.
