A usually pancakes cooking of milk, flour a high sort, adding eggs, oil ,sugar. And am I offering another technology for baking a pancake ,which will enjoy everybody is on diet, as and me.
As a flour of hard grinding of whole seed, water, sourdough , one egg, or not use, whey 30 percent from a water size, sesame seeds, 0.5 tea.sp. of sugar.
And of sourdough cook dough, in 3 hours doing batching, if you are use egg, thus yolk and 0.5 tea.sp. sugar rubbing, and white egg put in refrigerator, after a batching was fermented, adding shaken white egg, sesame seed and mixing. And bake on oven with a thick bottom as with anti-sticky covering.As for a first pancake not getting as lump, a pan slightly rub with lard. And not cooking pancakes as from a hot heat, and close with plate for an hour, that they are coming, and serve by an own taste, am using black currant rubbing with sugar.
