Am enjoyed read a letter by Larisa as depression not need to launch as in zoz for 2020, and for an author 80 y.old she shared with young fervour. As over her phrase as to itself ,let s wake up contagion ,and do exercise!Am laughed of sure. Am also close to depression, as coronavirus not stopping and flue too walking .And in our family our grandchildren bring in this infection as he walking in school as in 8 class, he sicked 2 days, but parents, and aunt serious sicked.Am also felt a diseases,as in feeling that sneezing, ache throat,head ache as for me against flu helping a dibazole , and on this time he was not in my pharmacy,and in local pharmacy not sold, but for a four time am bought his,as very popular, as price is raised. Am not bough his, as am angry for this price. As though about a save, am though about a sea salt,am cooked solution of one tea.sp. salt in 0.5 l. of water,washed nose, felt better. Felt smells, but one time is not enough, systematically need to repeat, a few times a day.
As in feeling sneezing, needing walking with naked feet on the fir forest,as by fast steps, and forest to me is very close,am not walking faster, sitting for resting between pine bushes as benefit and pleasure. As within my life am saved lots of remedies against stuffy nose. These am sharing, maybe would help and you.
1. Point massage, massage points between eyebrows, sinuses, between shoulder blades, chin, base in big fingers hands.
2. Warming sinuses with blue lamp as reflector.
3. Soda or potato inhalants.
4.Warming hands and legs in hot water with mustard.
5.Breathe in smell of smouldering cotton fabric or or rusk.
6. Breathe in smell of tar or ammonia spirit.
7. Breath in over cut garlic or onion.
And alternative methods for stuffy nose are much, but am using these. And in cough,ache throat as one tbl.sp. butter oil, honey, cacao, and drink this mass with a hot milk with soda, as good helps and nourishes and cures.
All these remedies am used, as am often since a childhood having a cold, and a most importance not to be a fed for disease, do and win.
