As on my 90 y.old am physically healthy, but with vision problem. As on 1975 am injured my right eye, after a long cure eye removed, today am having one eye, but vision is bad, and doctor shared about cataract and offering surgery, but am not sure.As in my anamnesis shared about a not immature, and does a surgery need?Maybe support vision with plants,am fear, that after surgery am stopped to see a just my one eye.
A surgery cataract for is gives you a vision adding answers ophtalmologist Gusev, as after surgery vision is not lowering of progressing cataract, and artificial lens will not lost transparent for many years, thus vision staying stable. As on surgery lens to implant with a most comfort optic and myopia increasing and you are will see far and close. As about an immature cataract ,as earlier shared, that her surgery just doing in 5 years ,as when she is matured , and mature cataract was surgeries very easy, but a displaying modern micro innovation technologies a cataract maturing is not needing, thus an easy surgery her is on her early stage displaying, and surgery time is less, eye healing faster and intra and after surgeries quantities are leading to minimum. And if cataract is over matured ,thus capsule of lens surviving and tensions with which she is attaching. And in capsule displaying dystrophic changes , her tightness lowering, thus surgeries for is hard doing right manipulations and risk for break for capsule having, and more complications adding and right fixing intraocular lens is not simple.
As in right ready and select optimal artificial lens is not fear surgery, and manipulation time are 12 min. As with local anaesthesia and not hurt. As for patient giving sedation and lowering pressure till optimal stats. As cataract not curing with plants, and with exercises she is not curing, and drops of ads are not curing,a remember for improve lens transparent with plants and remedies are not possible, and you will lost moneys and time. As worsening prognosis and surgery curing is more complicated creating. And not wait a surgery, do her,if offer, care for vision!
