As in zoz shared a post by Kashentseva,as Experience age are 3 000 years ,and she is true enjoyed me,am done these exercises,and all cycle! Thank you for author for his advices,and to this am adding my habit exercises.As done a morning exercise am sit on the heels, and on begin this is hard,but later am done this,thus today am sit and doing this exercise as training hips, hands,shoulders.After put a carpet with stones,as you can create her or buy in orthopaedic market,as on a carpet are two big trails with stones,and two min am swing on theirs from my heel on toe and back, after walk on the carpet, and exercise doing,as standing on a her am pushing out from a window. All exercise time is hour, so am fighting with arthrosis, chondrosis, spondylosis. Am keeping writing in my note are all recipes by zoz on a cardiovascular, joints, hypertension problems and for my neighbours pensioners offering these recipes.
